Luxury Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado Don Pablo Collection - Adults Only -All Inclusive

Everything is perfect here. A true tropical paradise. the only thing I will say is that the majority of the staff only speak limited English. My advice to anyone looking to come here is learn Spanish before coming. Everything is perfect besides that. The price for what you get is incomparable to anywhere else I found.

Great family reunion while celebrating a birthday Party. It wa like being in paradise. The food is excellent . The hotel is really gorgeous. It has one of the most beautiful and clean beaches I have ever seen.

I would recommend Cayo Levantado. Here are the positves. 1. Best Beach I have ever visited, and I have visited many. 2. Great Service 3. Great food Johan was creative and organized entertainment very well. 4. At the beach you never waited for service. I cant remember the bartender's name, but I believe it was Mickey. Always happy and you never waited on him. 5. At the buffet, I believe his name was Arismendy, very knowledgeable and always pleasing you. His partner Pedro was also very helpful. Now there are always some negatives no matter how great the hotel is. We had some technical issues with the room, but it was solved immediately. In summary I have to say that this is a great hotel and I am most definitely going back.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, and the the staff was excellent and very entertaining. The beach area had breath-taking views and the pools were very clean, and if you need entertaining the non-motorized water sports were awesome (kayaking, hobo, snorkeling)! The only complaint we had was that getting reservations at the restaurants were difficult and the buffet food was okay (we wished that it was a little tastier).

The resort was beautiful. Lush landscaping and great beaches coupled with the fact that you are not physically attached (it's on an island) to the Dominican Republic was great. Rooms were very spacious and nice. Rooms and resort was very clean. I was disappointed that there was not a swim up bar. It's a drag to have to get up and walk to the bar each time you want a drink. As far as the service is concerned, those who tip the most get the best service. Aren't all all-inclusive's supposed to be cash free upon arrival? Too many kids. The food was not very good. Their signature restaurants are too small, making it difficult to get reservations. Room service wasn't that great either. Mini bar in the room left a lot to be desired. Only 2 beers each day and one airline size bottle of rum, vodka, and scotch each day. If you run out and ask for more, you will be charged. If you only drink coke (can't stand pepsi), then bring your own. No Coca~Cola to be found unless you go into town (scary proposition). Car ride from the airport (Santo Domingo) was almost 3 hours long and a "puckering" experience to say the least. I thought driving in South Florida was bad!!! Communication very difficult as most did not have even a mild command of the english language making reservations, accommodations, etc difficult. Always had a feeling that they may not have understood you and that you will not get what you asked for. They spoke about a Casino. My wife and I found out the hard way that the casino is in the middle of town. Does not open until 7:30 pm and only has 4 tables and maybe 15 slot machines. Safety was a big concern for us going into town to the casino. Thankfully the taxi driver that Cayo Levantado uses kept an eye out for us when we exited so he could retrieve us.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff very accommodating! If you want peace and quiet this is the place, the hotel has recently converted to a tranquil atmosphere. We went expecting entertainment and the liveliness that the Dominican Republic is known for but ended up checking out half way thru our stay because we were bored. The age of the typical guest was over 55 so we stood out as a young couple with kids. We had to struggle to get music played by the pool area because most of the guests were reading books! Go if you want absolute quiet don't go if you want entertainment

The hotel was very clean and neat. The staff was over the top friendly. The entertainment was really bad but it is, what it is. The drinks were good. Very good selection of alcohol. The grounds are incredibly beautiful.

Excellent place for romance, relaxation. Great food and service. Excellent beach. Never hassled by anyone to buy or to do anything. The only negatives were less than welcoming reception at the mainland and the nighttime entertainment.

We enjoyed an amazing 3 days at this hotel for the beginning of our honeymoon. The island was quiet and tranquil and we felt like the only two people on the island. We enjoyed the benefit of complimentary room service every morning and loved the gourmet restaurant! The cleaning service had amazing attention to detail. We never saw the maid service but somehow our room was immaculate the entire stay. Every time we returned to out room we found it tidied and touched up. This place is amazing for honeymooners! The only negative of our trip was the drive. We rented a car (NOT RECOMMENDED) and drove to Samana from Santo Domingo. Whatever you do, find a trusty transportation service because the drive was terrifying.

Veramente un'ottima struttura, personale gentilissimo, ottima cucina, stanza belissima e grande con bel balcone vista mare, ottima anche lo staff dell'animazione. anche la location sull'isolotto molto gradevole. La penisola di Samana ha delle spiagge bellisime che non sono ancora sfruttate dal turismo di massa, come piaceva a noi.
