Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana Adults Only- Unlimited Luxury

The hotel was beautiful especially the pool areas. We had a lot of fun interacting with couples from all over the world. The resort adjacent to the property called NOW Lamar had better food and entertainment. The pillows in the room smelled mildew and the food wasn't good.

Hoping to be in a resort that would have Wi-Fi without any extra charge, not paying for it. Choice of restaurants servicing at lunch time, not always buffet. Room with lower temperature standards, not 21c. Being able to pass by the reception area without been approached by a salesman. Location and amenities are very good but needs help in other areas.

Overall experience was fine not great not terrible. Would recommend based on location and intention to lay on beach and relax.

We had a wonderful week in paradise. The hotel was amazing and gorgeous! The staff were all super friendly, and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend going with a ouple small things to keep in mind - one, ignore the person that tries to talk to you when you are waiting for your room to be ready, they are trying to get to you do a time share which could be a great deal but I really don't want to listen to one of those while I'm on vacation! Also, our room was very damp and did not get very cool - we didn't realize there was something wrong and thought all the rooms were like this, until we were in a friend's room and realized our air conditioner was broken! If your room feels comfortable or a bit warm and damp - ask for a new room or ask to have a/c fixed immediately...it's not just the tropics.

This resort and it's service is the best you could ask for! Everynight there were great shows following the best dinners ever! My husband and I are already planning another trip back!!! The pool staff was amazing and bringing us delicious drinks right as we needed them (if not before) and everyone was always friendly. They even made a cake for my husbands birthday with his name on it and left it in our room. This resort is truly paradise and it's the staff and service that make this place far above the others! thank you so much for the best vacation ever!!

If you want to get away from it all this is the place to do it at,let me start of with the fact that the ground are spectacular very beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Add to this genuinely friendly staff and you just cant go wrong!! Notable staff were Jazmin in the operations dept of the hotel and Francis one of the waiters both very friendly and sincere!!! PS the beach was beautiful!!!!

Beautiful hotel right on the beach Food was ok to good Room was clean Swim up room worth the extra few dollars and having a Jacuzzi tub outside was a nice touch Drinks were watered down so much that they weren't worth drinking. I'm not a big drinker but I like to have a few cocktails while I'll on vacation. If they didn't water down the alcohol so much I would have given it 4.5stars.

This has been our third vacation at Secrets resorts, the first two in Mexico. The major draw which was met is the excellent pools and beach facilities. The restaurants overall were above average, but there is definitely room for improvement at Spice, the Asian restaurant. Staff was very noisy and food below average. The swim up room we originally booked was so mildewy, the pillows were moist and my nose stuffed up. We moved and paid additional to the presidential suite which had a much better air quality.

Check out PharmerMike's post on TA about it. Long story short, everything was phenomenal except the food was really lousy. Had a great time but would rather try something else next time.

Hotel was Beautiful Rooms were excellent, Staff was attentive and caring.Food was Extensive and varied,although the retaurants could have been better air conditioned. Thats the ONLY thing that stopped me from giving them 5 STARS..An OVERALL Outrageous experiance!!! HIGHLY recommended!!
