Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive

My overall experience at the hotel was good. I enjoyed the staff who were always all friendly and warm and greeted you with a smile. The resort is small in comparison to others in the area, and only had one huge pool. However, the all inclusive package provided was wonderful at the hotel as you can eat and drink all you want!! I would recommend this hotel mostly to couples being that it is an all adult only, and hardly any singles, just a few.

It would be better if the night entertainment is not so late. It should start at 9pm, instead of 9:45pm. The entertainers SHOULD INCLUDE not only the spanish speaking people. They SHOULD speak in ENGLISH, FRENCH etc. The people on vacation did not just come from spanish countries. We all should be treated the same. There is no nightlife in the princess adult resort, you have to go to CARIBE club resort. The THEATER needs more CEILING ELECTRIC FANs.

Good: The hotel is not far from the airport compared to others. The beach is beautiful and the restaurant/bar beach has a great lounge area. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the buffet food is OK & the restaurants better. It is relaxing and very quiet. Too quiet. Bad: The place is a bit stuck in the 90s. This was a friends vacation so it was a bit much to only be surrounded by couples who were mostly into themselves. During the day, they rarely play music and before you get to enjoy it, it stops. At night, it gets boring. They have little shuttles to the Casino (we don't gamble) and a disco which we skipped because it starts up too late. Despite our wish to have fun & dance, the sun tires you. So, we made it more about the day. The one night they had a beach party, the animation team had a hard time to get guests to dance. We were mostly alone to dance. Even if I went as a couple, I would have liked to have more life & energy around us. The last all inclusive resort I had been to was Club Med (different countries) back in the day & they are very organized in terms of having entertainment at all hours & having good lively energy. It missed that despite staff efforts. Definitely go swim with the Dolphins. It is a memorable experience. Would go back to a different hotel.

Nice quiet week the hotel was half full so no fighting for chairs at the beach or the pool

Friendly staff, good service and great beach. Begining with your welcome drink when you first register at the lobby, you feel the Dominican warmth. This resort offers an array of international cuisine, Mexican,Switzerland, and Italian amongst others. As much as you want and as much as you can drink. The buffet is food galore and it is a different theme everyday, again, as much as you want. After a nice game of water-volleyball with other guests, you can enjoy and quench your thirst at the poolside bar where [...], the bartender will prepare a nice drink for you. You have the option of just lay on the beach, enjoy the canoes, catamayan, go to the adventures offered by different vendors,or just do nothing,regardless of your choice. you will enjoy yourself. Make sure to talk to the people in charge of "animacion", they are lots of fun and full of energy. Security people make you feel real safe and without concerns. Once more, great place, great time, great people.

We went to multiple excursions, all set up at the hotel site so no traveling except for the excursion itself. Very nice. The sales people there work on commission so they were pretty pushy to sell you something. (not the hotel ones. the vendors they let in once a week) Great location because you take main roads to hotel instead of some of the roads for excursions. Unpaved and horrible. Several restaurants in house. Pretty good buffet. Beautiful beach, view, and super relaxing.

There is nothing bad I have to say. Once we got to our resort, the hotel thought of everything for your stay. We arrived and there was a fruit basket with rum and cigars. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and the resort was not crowdwd during the first week of May, Im already making plans for next year at this resort.

The resort was quiet and relaxing and the beaches were nice. The rooms needed updating as well as the pool. The bartenders were good. The buffet was awful as well as the service there. There was also people on the resort and on the beach who would push you to buy stuff (which was a big turn-off!) Our shuttle service we booked through [...] was coco tours. The pick up at the airport was fine and they gave us a form and told us to meet their rep at 2:30 the next day. We showed up three straight days and he never showed. The schedule book at the hotel said he was scheduled to be there everyday (except friday) from 2:30-3:30. We even tried different times that the hotel staff told us to try. The hotel staff would not call for us so we had to pay for a call to finally get a hold of them. Very upset that we had to take time to wait on him (he never did show up all week) and having to pay for a call that should we never should have to make!

hotel grounds and rooms very well maintained. staff were very friendly, really make you want to come back. rooms and beds were ok. food was good at the buffet and the restaurant's we tried. would recommend this hotel and would come back.language barrier,only 2 beer selections and same entertainment basically at night were the only downfalls.
