Hotel was horrible. Front Desk staff was horrible arrive at hotel at 11:30 am till 4:30pm room was not clean. Call from room at Front Desk keep on hold for 15 min. Check out took 2 hours and stand in line Lack of Front Desk staff Front desk staff was rough in talking no customer support. Luggage was move 5 times from different room. Internet connection on and off every an hour

Perfect Honeymoon
The resort is gorgeous and the service is amazing. Everyone is very helpful. We stayed in the one bedroom suite in the reserve section and we were very pleased with the room.

The Hotel Facilities are good to excellent. The access is good and the employees are very kind. we had some bad time during the check out due to lack of enough personnel. The food was not so good.

Absolutely loved the staff and locals. They were so energetic and happy which isn't the pace in Chicago, it set a nice tone. The atmosphere, food, and beach experience was excellent

Beautiful resort with accomodating staff
a large resort property with private areas - never felt crowded. Many restaurant and drink choices, staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, close to main pool and beach and all of the restaurants. Robes, slippers and an umbrella were in room - never had that before. Only negative would be the drawers in the room were sticky to open and close.

Husband and wife getaway
A beautiful resort with a very relaxing appeal. The Dominican people are truly sincere nice people and they made our stay really great. The food is good not spectacular but you can find things you like to eat no problem and the food and drink is plentiful.

Great vacation!!!!
We had a fabulous time......great service,friendly staff and great weather....what more can you ask for.....oh, food was great....not rich,fatty food like we are used too.....food was very good.....naturally different culture, but we enjoyed the trip .
