This is my second trip to the Paradisus Palma Real and it lived up to my earlier experience. This time I upgraded to royal service and it was well worth the upgrade. Free wired internet, cell phone use, private lounge, pool, beach, restaurant, and preferred reservations. Through Sept 30, Solemelia MAS members can get a free upgrade to royal service. Our ground-level gardenview suite had a musty smell that remained throughout our stay even though hotel staff was notified. Also, a burned out shower bulb was not replaced. All in all, I would recommend the hotel and look forward to a future stay.

The Best!!
The rooms are very large and extremely comfortable, clean, and very inviting. The staff were the friendliest and considerate I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. I am using the word Serve because the staff make you feel as thought they are there to make your vacation the best you have ever experienced. There was nothing about my week long experience that was less than 5 star. I felt like a queen. I did have the Royal Service Plan. If you can afford the extra it is well worth it, but even if you can't the service is still exceptional. The food was varied and good. There is something for everyone. If you are think of going to this resort, think no more... go and have the time of your life.

Shockingly Beautiful!
The Paradisus Palma Real is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful sitting areas everywhere. Large pools right by the ocean. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach. The Bali beds are heaven. One day of our stay it rained the whole day but I think it was the funnest day there. It was warm and we spent the day on the covered bali bed by the bar reading, sleeping, drinking, playing cards. It was great. We were very pleased with the service there as well. The room was wonderful as well. Large jacuzzi tubs in every room. Room was cleaned and bed turned down(with chocolates:) every day/night. Room service was included and was very prompt. I highly recommend making dinner reservations nightly at the dinner restaraunts. The food was amazing! For breakfast there was a great breakfast buffet at Naos. For lunch the only thing open was the market grill which had hamburgers, hot dogs etc. The food there was not too great in my opinion. We ended up ordering in room service for lunch. We had a great time and would highly recommend this for couples looking for a relaxing romantic getaway.

Walk down to the beach and turn right. About a 10 minute walk down the beach you leave the resort property and there are local shops selling souveniers, etc. Pack smart. If you forget something (toiletries, medicine, etc.) the gift shop is very expensive.

The room was very comfortable, and well maintained by the staff. the service by everyone was excellent, very friendly, responsive, attentive. the restaurants were very satisfactory. the only slight negative was the sales pitch for time share membership, but i guess that was expected.

Lovely Vacation!
Paradisus Palma Real is a perfect place to relax and unwind which is exactly what we did.It is a truly beautiful resort. There are lots of things to do on the property like water sports which are all included. The food was good and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. I would definitely consider going back! And it's so close to the airport which was an extra bonus-only 15 minutes away!

My review of Paradisus Palma Real - All Inclusive
Paridusus Palma Real has everything that you will need right at your finger tips. There is no need to leave the resort. After taking several walks along the beach it was clear that this was the nicest hotel in Punta Cana! I would recommend this hotel to everybody!

The Paradisus offers something for everyone!
The Paradisus Palma Real was amazing! Wouldn't change anything about my experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, and helpful. This vacation was such a postive experience.....I'm planning on another trip to the same resort, in Oct.

Very friendly hotel
I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. It was a very nice place. The food is very good and plentiful all day at the buffet. In fact, my skirt was a little tight this morning- my first day back to work. I have a few suggestions: Do not sell the time share. You feel trapped by your conceirge who really isn't there to help, per se. The room wasn't ready and it was cleaned a little late in date. It was comfortable and they had lovely linens and a flat screen tv. The wires should be hidden, but that is me being a litle picky. The most important things- the food is fantasic and the pool is utterly magnificent. All the people are friendly. They should include free internet. 12.00 a day is kind of ridicluous to nickel and dime you.

Check-in Nightmare
The hotel is AMAZING!!! Everything is great except for the check-in. My husband and I had to wait on a line for 45 minutes before someone actually helped us and the guy who helped us was as nasty as they come. Since this is a wonderful and expensive hotel, you see many famous people (like the guy fromo Grey's anatomy). The rooms are huge, the food is outstanding and the people are wonderful. i would definetly visit this hotel again.
