Very relaxing location
Ocean Blue was a nice looking hotel but they have to work on customer service. They tried to charge for extra toewls there was three of us in a room and they only gave two. Also I saw a couple of roaches while I was there and two were at the buffet.

Inviting and relaxing
The Ocean Blue Golf and Beach Resort was very relaxing. My room was situated in a area convenient to all the restaurants and the pool. The layout of the room was nice. I'm thinking about using it at my vacation home. The only complaint I had was that I didn't stay longer.

REST AND RELAXATION
Ocean Blue had great staff and a number of ativities. I had a great family vacation. We enjoyed our stay so much. The food was good, the staff was outgoing and the grounds were kept clean. Definitely would recommend it.

Tropical paradise
My wife and I stayed here from May 31 to June 7. This resort is so beautiful. It is a tropical paradise. It is very clean. We stayed in villa 8, which is close to the beautiful pools. Restaurants are nice and food is very good. You can do as little or as much as you want. The activities are listed in a daily paper the hotel puts out.

very family friendly
the hotel was excellent and the help was great they were very friendly and accomadating. we were very satisfied and we would highly recommend it to everyone. the only thing we would recommend is to have brighter lighting in the room . also we would like the restaurants to be larger so that they could accomadate more people and accept reservations. but on the overall we had a wonderful time and the buffet was excellent and very large to accomadate people..

Relaxing vacation, no worries
The Ocean Blue was a great value for your money. I have stayed at all-inclusives before and you usually get what you pay for. The food and drinks were good nothing spectacular but they put a lot of effort into giving you many options and the different types of restaurants offered ambiance and many different selections which was nice. The staff was very friendly and made sure you had a good time. The grounds were pretty. I would definetely go back.

Facilities Ok Entertainment was bad
The hotel facilities are fairly new. The rooms are well kept, lighting in the rooms is not that great. you can't read at night even if you are next to the lamp. The entertainment and service was not that great. Entertainement always started late. It leaves a lot to be desired. At the restaurants the service was SLOWWWWW. Maybe they were short handed since the hotel was not that full.

Nice all inclusive vacation - great price
The Ocean Blue all inclusive resort was a very nice vacation for my wife and I. The food and the service was above average. The pool was very large and there were always enough lounge chairs and beach towels. The staff works very hard to keep the grounds looking nice. Everyday they had crews out trimming trees, cleaning and making the grounds very nice. The room was above average. It had a spacious bathroom and the air conditioning and hot water worked very well. All in all it was an enjoyable vacation at a nice resort.

This was an all inclusive resort and there was no need to leave the grounds. The area outside the resort is pretty poor and it was not advisable to travel there. Everything you need is included in the all inclusive price. Plenty of dining options for a one week stay.

Great place for pampering and relaxation
The Ocenn Blue Golf & Beach Resort was a great place for pampering and relaxation. I just wanted to get away and celebrate my birthday at an all-inclusive resort that allowed me to enjoy quiet time by the pool or beach and to pamper myself at a full service spa. This resort offered both in addition to other fun amenities that many resorts don't have like a bowling alley, casino, tennis courts, and a beautiful golf course on the property. I really enjoyed my time at the full-service spa. The staff was very nice and my manicure, pedicure, and stress reliefing massage were all first class services. The two large pools right near my villa and the beach were excellent places to curl up and read a book or just fall asleep on the chaise lounge. The bartenders were great at both locations; always willing to give your more or introduce you to a new drink. I loved the Ocean Blue drink named after the resort. At night, you could choose to stay on sight and enjoy a show at the theatre on-site, go bowling, go to the casino, or enjoy dancing. A 15 minute taxi ride would allow you to enjoy other restaurants and nightclubs in Punta Cana for those who want to explore outside the resort.
