One of the best resorts i have ever been to. The beaches are amazing! The snorkeling excursion was awesome! Highly recommend it!! The snorkeling around the resort wasn't the best, but don't let that discourage you..it's still pretty cool. The staff was friendly and very helpful. there was entertainment for everyone, including children. My only complaint was the stake house, we had to wait a long time to get our food. The daily buffets and food were great! If you go to the beach bar look for Leo or Reyson...funny guys who made the stay that much better.

By far, the most amazing service I've ever had staying at an all inclusive resort! The staff was always around and willing to help you in any way. Constantly asking if there was anything we wanted, whether it was in and around the buffet areas and even on the beach. The room service was also great. I loved that the bathrooms outside the beach were always clean. No sand insight!! I'd definite recommend this resort to anyone. Very family friendly.

Went to the beach and pool. Enjoy the nightlife and attraction the hotel offer. Cheaper activities events. About the same.

This was our first all-inclusive trip and we couldn't have been happier. The food was just so-so but it was nice to finally have a vacation that didn't revolve around where and when our next meal would take place. Wonderful, friendly service. Unforgettable beach and ridiculous value. December was a wonderful time to be there, I can imagine that Spring break season for colleges might be a little less relaxing.

The service and grounds at this resort were fantastic, even better than the much more expensive resort we had stayed at before. The rooms, however, definitely need some updating. The furnishings were very dated, and the plumbing needed some work. The hair dryer provided by the resort was a joke and should not be advertised as available. That being said, the food was good, the ability to communicate in English was passable, and the beach beautiful. I was very impressed with the maintenance of the landscaping, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We were there during the Haitian earthquake, and found out that many of the staff were awaiting word on family in Port au Prince. Despite the tragedy, they were all extremely professional and anyone not aware of the situation would not have known anything from the behavior of the staff. My heart goes out to those who lost loved ones in the earthquake. They were gracious and beautiful people and made our stay a wonderful experience.

Beautiful beach but as in DR cannot leave property safely - SUPERB staff always attending to every need - rooms are a bit dated and gently worn - mostly European and So American guests - all kinds of foods available all the time - was a long overdue vacation and we were all - mom, dad, 26 yr old son, 19 yr old daughter - very pleased!

Our stay at the Iberostar Dominicana offered something for everyone whether it was doing the day or evening. The evening entertainment was superb and local people were extremely nice. The COCO Tour representative at the resort was very helpful in setting up our excursions and making sure all of our needs were met.

Very well maintained hotel, clean,neat and very entertaining and friendly staff... Daily night shows, good food, lots of activities, casino and disco... best value for money hotel in Punta Cana.

the iberostar resorts are my favorite. they take great care of there customers and the people who work there are the best in the world. the beach is beautiful and the resort is well maintained. I've been here serveral time and would stay no where else.
