Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana - All Inclusive

I highly recommend this hotel! Wonderful rooms, food, and staff!

this resort is enormous you will never run out of things to do! 15 pools 10 restaurants, minigolf, billiards, a casino, bars, a nightclub, archery, rock climbing, horseback riding, bicycling, a BEAUTIFUL beach a TON of excursions and a balcony PLUS a jacuzzi in every room does not even closely begin to describe all of the things this resort has to offer. I highly recommend this resort when staying in punta cana!

Overall we had a great time. A few kinks need to be worked out such as more bar servers around the pool. Image not having pina coladas or strawberry daquoies with ice around the pool. Really our only complaint. everything else was great

This hotel is over-rated. It took an hour just to check in. Staff and active manager weren't friendly or helpful. The drinks were water-down and tasted disgusting. The quality of the food was average, however, the menu was the same everyday. After the third day of my stay, I couldn't bear to smell nor eat the food. Lastly, this is a party place, not a peaceful, relaxing hotel.

The place is huge and beautiful , the stuff are very nice and very helpful. The only down side is the food, it was just ok, not to much of verity we've expected more from a five star resort. I would definitely go back there again.

Over all we were very satisfied. The staff was the most friendly we have ever experienced! Its seems the only two draw backs were, the cost for shopping for that little something, and the time it took to book anything, roomservice, spa, check in, & out etc.... They need more staff for such a large resort.

This resort has alot to offer.......maybe too much. The rooms, restaurants, pools, bars and staff were excellent.......but everything was too far from the room. There were trams running constantly, on a 5 - 10 minute schedule, but the speed bumps and length of time to reach the destination was annoying. The beach sand is incomparable to any I have experienced before. Although there were many facilities and activities for kids, I don't think many kids would appreciate all of the restaurants and bars.

Excellent service, beautiful resort, food was also excellent. Nightly shows were entertaining. With 15 pools to choose (from a couple of inches for babies, pools for big kids a' la water park, to the classic pool/bar).

My husband and I highly recommend the Hard Rock Punta Cana to anyone looking for an all inclusive in the area. We were bumped up to a presidential suite for free and were welcomed with a chilled bottle of champagne and appetizers upon our arrival in our monster suite. The food was as good as it gets for an all inclusive and the servers made sure we were never left thirsty. The spa, gym and casino facilities were phenomenal and the luxury oozed out of every square inch of the entire resort. We had a wonderful time and were stunned with the cleanliness of the entire resort (they cleaned our room 3 times a day and we always saw their staff cleaning around the clock everywhere we went). Super friendly staff and exquisite resort grounds and activities make this a top choice for anyone looking for comfort and cleanliness and overall a place that stands out.

It was a great experience with my family of 4. The spa was excellent and people are very nice and helpful. Food : Don't miss eating Japanese style at Zen. Avoid Los Gallos restaurant. Casino : Be wary of the fact that when you are getting $25/day for BlackJack, you are to match that first bet with an equal $25 out-of-pocket. Try to collect more of those $25 cards and exchange for multiple $10 cards so you don't lose all on one bet. Other than these few tips, I'd say, it was a great, relaxing vacation.
