Dreams Punta Cana Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

Lets just put it this way. I went for a freinds wedding, and someone from the hotel staff stole the brides IPhone while it was being used during the reception.

Depend on the room u get from lobby to beach is or seems like the longest walk in the world be perpared to use the ceiling fan if u want to stay cool while in the room.food not so bad but ice for your drinks is hard to get even in your room ice maker stayed empty.

I enjoyed the hotel - great staff, great service, great amenities. The food is good enough and there is plenty - they feed you non-stop. On the con side - the sheets they provide are of the cheap kind. Do not use the round trip service being offered (V-I-P travel I think). The car was old, the AC poor, and no matter how many time I called in advance - I did not get a child sit for my way to and from the hotel.

First I would like to say that the staff was absolutely amazing. They were always willing to help without any hesitations. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. There was always something to do and activities to partake in. The nightly shows put on by their entertainment team were remarkable. I would recommend this hotel to both couples and families that are looking for an awesome vacation.

Amazing place for a beach vacation in Punta Cana. Great swim out room in a cozy side of the pool (builiding 2). Huge and beautiful pool. Beach very close and very nice. Manatee's pool bar had a great selection of cocktails and it was in a perfect location, between our room, the pool, and the beach. Room service could be much better.

Very relaxing. Excellent staff but, be prepared for high pressure sales for trinkets and sightseeing tours. Remember to request a ground floor room as all other rooms are walk-up Overall the resort was very good and the staff was always at your servive

My niece decided to have a destination wedding. This was the perfect spot for a beach wedding. They also had a beautiful marble gazebo for weddings also. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Overall the experience was good. I did have some issues with how they managed the beach accommodations. They did not enforce their own rules. the entertainment was excellent, and the staff was kind, friendly. also there were vendors at night - which was not well received. They try to sell you a time share and a little pushy about it, their 90 minutes ended up to be 2-3/4 hours. Excessive and took away from the resort experience. Not recommended to engage in the presentation.

Very big place with a lot to do. Don't order off of the late night room service menu only (you can add a lot of other things to it as it is very limited). Ask them to cook your meat and fish well done, otherwise they are nearly still alive! And don't go to view the other resort/time share whatever it was...it just robs you of time at the resort, which is overall very nice and family friendly. We enjoyed our trip, and other than a few bumps in the road, it was a great time! I do recommend this resort.

Just came back from this resort. The layout for the resort was very nice. The only complaint that the eight of us had was the food. Was not pleased at all. One expreience was when went to one of the resturants the Sea Side Grill. And they had Chicken and Shrimp Kabobs and the chicken was very dry. So I asked for just the shrimp but of course at first they said they couldnt do that the waiter convinced the chef to prepare it but by the thrid time at the resturant they said they couldnt do it. Those shrimps were the best thing in the resort. If I was to go back I would read reviews to find another hotel. Would want to upgrade for the next time.
