Dreams Punta Cana Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

At the Dreams resort I was a little disappointed in the food selection and preparation. Taste and was bland and selection was very limited.

Very Disatified, large Bugs and an ant problem in the room, previously opened pop bottles in the refrigerator, 1st room they put us in had a broken ceiling fan, missing desk drawer, missing lamp (very dark in room) & broken refrigerator and we paid extra for a swim out room. We were able to get moved to the next room which everthing was functioning. We had to call to re-stock the fridge & for a can of bug spray. Maid service was horrible. I expected much better from Dreams. The pool area was beautiful and the swim out room location was perfect but thats about all. The resort was isolated so we stayed on the resort property.

Very clean, staff is great, service perfect, beach the best,pool beautiful. The food was ok at best but one night I had a surprise in my fried chicken peice, I tore into the peice and found that it was a paper towel or napkin that was breaded and deep fried, the manager came over and quickly wisked it off my table and took it to the kitchen, when he came back he told me they ran a first class kitchen. I have worked in kitchens and that never happens unintentionaly. When you walked through the court yard people were selling jewlery and did not know the meaning of the word no, one guy followed my wife to our building, it made my wife feel very uneasy.

Dreams was very nice, the room was large and well appointed. There was a bit of construction which left the walk ways a little uneven in places. The food was very good, and the New Years eve festivities were awesome. The only complaint I have is the long drive from the airport. One hour and twenty minutes is just too far - especially when the roads are in such bad condition.

the hotel was very nice and great staff, but me and my husband got food poisoning, and it got boring after a few days. casino was terrible.

The Sunscape the Beach Punta Cana had one of the nicest pools and beach areas I've visited. The grounds of the resort were nicely landscaped and maintained. The room we stayed in (2 double beds with pool view) was very small. The beds resembled cots,and the sheets/comforters were thread bare. The room had vinyl flooring throughout, and often smelled like antiseptic from the cleaning crew. We also found a cockroach upon returning to our room one evening. The staff was polite, but not over-enthusiastic or very expedient. Overall it is a nice resort for anyone who wants to spend their days laying in the sun. But if you are a person who enjoys activities and sightseeing, this is not the best choice as there is nothing to do or see near this hotel.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at Sunscape the Beach in Punta Cana. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The resort was absolutely gorgeous. We would highly recommend this establishment to friends and family. Our vacation was awesome.

The sand was lovely. You could walk in the water ankle deep. If you went any farther, there were sharp boulders buried in the sand. I tried swimming to the ropes three times. I made it once without incident, but on the other two attempts I had serious cuts to my feet and ankles.

My stay at the Sunscape was wonderful, I wasn't expecting it to be so great. The food was exceptional not to mention the staff. The staff really goes out of their way to try and accommodate your every need. It is very inexpensive considering the amount of food and drinks one has while on this trip. Definately a thumbs up to the sunscape it was truly the best choice I made.

The resort was full of activities- from the winding pool which wove in between buildings, to water sports, to kids games, to shows, to city tours- there was always something to do. And also the option to do absolutely nothing and just relax!
