Punta Cana Dreams vacation
Hotel was very nice and staff friendly. I had one issue and the room i thought i was to have, i didn't. I had to wait an hour and a half for VIP check in and they located me by a pool speaker. Once they moved me the next day, things got better.

Fabulous!!
We went to Dreams Palm Beach in Punta Cana for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful. We went for 4 nights and could have used a couple more nights! Upon check-in we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite for a discount and I would definitely say this is the BEST decision we made. With an upgrade to the preferred club you can dine at the Seaside Grill which is by far the BEST food. The other restaurants are ok, but more bland and it all seems to taste the same. The preferred club dining is absolutely delicious tho. With the preferred club you also get access to your own bar where you can make your own drinks - perfect if you want a little kick to your drink! The service was impeccable, the room was gorgeous, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We did the professional photo shoot and we would definitely recommend it! Although expensive, it was worth it as the pictures are GREAT and we only paid for the ones we loved. Overall, a great trip and we are ready to go again with friends!

"Fantastic time"
This was so relaxing.Only bad thing was the towel game , guest's putting towels on pool and beach chairs early in morning and not coming back for hours.

Nice hotel
The hotel itself is beautiful, very nice and clean, the rooms could use some upkeep, the bathrooms are fallin apart, and when you take a shower the bathroom floor gets flooded. The entertainment staff is great, Most of the hotel staff is really good. The only problem is the bartenders at the pool bar, they could use some personality, and knowledge of how to make drinks. The food is O.K. the buffet itself is very dissapointing, one of the worst, but the individual resturants were good. I really thought the japenese was great!!!!

fantastic service
we loved the friendly and curtious staff, a better discotec more spanish music since its a spanish country and the trip was fantastic yes we will definitely return in the future.

A dream come true.
Enjoyed the daily entertainment including contests, dancing lessons & craft activities. Our sons, ages 19 & 21, enjoyed the Disco, pool, and beach. The a la carte restaurants were all superb and the variety of food at the World Cafe was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will return to this resorts in the near future.

For a cozy semi-casual on the beach front dining experience, we suggest the "Sea Side Grill Restaurant". The 3 course dinner variety and service was excellent.

This Place was great!!!!!!!!!
We had a wonderful vacation. The hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. We needed a relaxing vacation....we never left the hotel, although there were alot of different tours you could have done. We choose to stay at the beach and the pool. We did upgrade to the club level and I was very happy with that choice. We had use of a smaller pool right outside our room, instead of the two huge pools on the other side of the hotel. There seemed to be alot of family's with small kids....(it was spring break time) I would definitely go back.....

You could not make reservations at any of the resturants....they opened at 6:30 for dinner. So if you were not there at 6:30-6:45 .......you had to wait. We arrived at 7:00 one night and 7:15 another and we had a one and ahalf hour wait...so we ate at the buffet. Which was very good, but I like to go to a restuarant for dinner. So we made sure to be there at 6:30 so we didn't have to wait.

Hotel staff are very helpful & friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. Beach is beautiful. Food is ok but not always cooked to order - some food we got seem to be sitting for a long time waiting for someone to order it - dry & not hot. Pool lounge chairs are always in short supply but we prefer the beach. There are no elevators, so seniors may consider ground floor. We had a great time and will go back. Punta Cana airport is a breeze but you have to take the stairs to go up and down the airplane. We were there in mid April and it was warm and humid but there is always a breeze (rained one day).

Dreams, Palm Beach
Easy to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun. Beach is nice with lounge chairs and shaded huts, although you need to reserve huts early. Depending on winds, beach area could have a lot of seaweed, but great efforts were made to clean it up all day. A short walk down the beach (to left) was a gorgeous beach! Never stayed in pool area, but it was large with chairs and umbrellas.
