Blue Bay Villas Doradas Adults Only Resort -All Inclusive

unfortunately was a very bag experience; first the room was totally in a very bag condition, the walls full of moist and dirty.I changed tree different rooms and the last one was not cold water in the sink.I have to use water from the shower to bush my tee.I asked the Reception for a better room and the answer was not....Those room are for VIP only. I offer pay more money for better room and was denying.The service was very poor. This was the worse vacation that I been have in my live! I do not recommended this particle hotel to nobody.

Going during the off season, the hotel from very quiet and enjoyable. The food and drinks were excellent and our contact person to book excursions made the process very easy. Only complaint would be the beds were a little to firm for my liking. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

this ws my 4th time at hotel and most of the staff is the same , very little turnover,,they remember you and are always helpful..the food at the buffet restaurant has gotteen better each year,,i would recommend this hotel to all my friends

I absolutely love the Blue Bay Hotel. It is the only "adult-only" resort in Puerto Plata. The grounds are beautiful, the food is awesome, the entertainment is excellent. The rooms are a little austere for the price you pay...I find more could be done in terms of better pricing. I have been to Puerto Plata 8 times and have done my share of hotel tours. The Blue Bay is very good and ranks pretty high with me. I would stay there all the time but the price is a little high in comparison to other venues.

For 9 days, we relaxed, partied, drank, danced and more! The staff was amazing. There is all inclusive and available food and drinks around the clock. The excursions available are breath taking. I normally don't like to go back to the same place twice, but I think we're going to make an exception. We can't wait to go again. But this time, we're going to bring a group. I highly recommend Bluebay PS The location is excellent. Right on the beach and casinos and clubs just around the corner.

Bachelor Party. Terrible Customer Service due to their incredibly unreasonable hotel fee structure. The facility was not very well maintained; the pool was dirty throughout the day. The food was Americanized. There was very little resemblance of Dominican culture in hotel food. The rooms are small and smelly. Charging unheard of fees like daily Safe rental for $3 a day.

I have stayed in this resort a few times in the past with my boyfriend. This time around I decided to take my family including my 21 year old daughter and my parents. Needless to say, they had a wonderful time. They can't wait to go back. My daughter made new friends and went to the clubs every night. My mother wanted to go into town and we spent the day just sightseeing. I must say we had a great time.

I have to be moved to another room after one day because of the poor conditions in my first room. But my second room though a little better, the telephone system did not work the whole time I was there. Also, in the dining area, you had to constantly swat at birds to keep them from pecking at your food. The hotel staff was nice, but the accommodations need a lot of improvements.

I was not pleased wit my stay.... the quality in the room was missing... they woulnt even refill the reg... their was no room service.... had 2 pay $3 a night 4 a safe...ppl had things stolen from their room... everywhere we went ppl from the hotel was bothering us 2 buy a timeshare.... I would not go again... I would much rather pay the extra $500us n go to punta cana

This was an amazing resort, it was more suited for relaxing than for nightlife/partying. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights. Word of advice book tours and excursions at the beach in the resort it is way cheaper than the hotel prices. Between the only downfall is that there was no Maduros and I wish their was more latin dishes, but other than that the a la carte restaurants made up for it.
