Be Live Canoa - All Inclusive

I went with my wife, three times to replublica dominicana of all this has been the best good of staff very friendly and clean.

We were looking for a cheap, sunny beach vacation that didn't require much planning and I think we got what we paid for. The beach was beautiful, as were the grounds, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly (although they don't speak much English) and the drinks were plentiful. The downsides for us were the quality of food (edible but not very good) and the fact that there was loud music playing at the pool/beach throughout the day, in addition to obnoxiously loud activity leaders trying to get people to play games and do activities on the beach, when we just wanted to sit in peace and relax.

Food was great, try to make as many reservations as you can so you can enjoy their restaurants rather than the buffet. Beach is beautiful. We had a standard room which was exactly that, pretty standard...but you dont need any more. Pool is beautiful. Bar drinks are ok but get the job done. Dont buy cigars from the beach vendors, we got a box of fakes...huge waste of money. Resort cigar shop had pretty good prices, go there or to cigar factory in La Romana. Fly into La Romana rather than Santo Domingo, makes for a long drive with how they drive down there. We had a good time, very nice for the price.

Hi! My wife and I spent a week at Be Live Canoa at the beginnig of November....the vacation was for sure beyond our expectations!! The hotel was nice and clean, good food, very kind staff and the beach was gorgeous!!! If you just walk 2minutes from the hotel beach you can enjoy a beautiful secluded corner of paradise all for you!!! The sea water was also very warm and we spent almost 6hours a day floating in the water!!If you like snorkeling they also created an artificial reef in front the hotel beach:it's not the best (don't miss Isla Catalina!!) but you can have fun seeing a lot of fish. We also want to thanks two very kind people: Jessie (she helped us with the transfer) and Igor (diving center). The only negative was the italian animation of the Veraclub..sometimes too noisy.. Bottom line: if you are looking for a little rest and quiet this is the perfect place for you!!!!

Good overall, some restaurants are not open every night which really sucks. Pool and beach where great. AC in the room was not very good.

My husband and me love to travel to different islands and our over all experience at Be Live Canoa was wonderful. We went four wheeling/bogie which was the highlight of our stay because we went out to the land field drove as fast as we could and saw how the locals lived, it was amazing! We also did the horseback that included going to there famous cave with natural clear water where you can swim, it was beautiful. I have to be honest the front desk service was not well organize and my husband had to get someone attenion to help us check in it was not welcoming at all. Overall this trip was great and the only improvement i would suggest is to have better customer service.

I went with my fiance. We loved the outside patio with drinks (local and international) and music in the evenings. Loved the swimming pool and the food. We also appreciated the nice treatment we got by the people who work there, specially at the buffet. We've been in Italy and this hotel reminded us of our trip. There were other restaurants available but we only ate at the buffet. Lots of seafood and pasta, but other local menus were available as well. This hotel has been designed with Italian people in mind. My fiance and I are Dominicans but live in USA. We enjoyed every single minute at this hotel. We loved the Italian music and the peaceful atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and clean. PS: If you don't like the Italian food and music, then this hotel is not for you. We couldn't get a queen bed. they gave us two full size ones. They said they didn't have too many queen beds as that was a family hotel?

Nourriture très bonne, peut-être pas trop variée au buffet mais excellente dans les hôtels annexes. Plage mal entretenue. Vendeurs de timeshare un peu trop pressants dans l'hôtel Chambre simple, clim bruyante, quelques problèmes pour le nettoyage des chambres, literie en mauvais état pour des chambres rénovées. Le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas dans tous les blocs de l'hôtel
