Great Breakfast!
The hotel was a bit farther from the city center than I thought it would be (but that's my fault)! I was allowed to check in early, which was nice, and the staff was extremely friendly. I didn't have maid service the second day, which I thought was odd. It's a ten or fifteen minute walk to the train station and city center, and perhaps another 10 to the Viking Ship Museum. I didn't have a car, but it seems there was plentiful parking by European standards at the tourist destinations, so I think this hotel would be ideal for those who come by car. Bring ear-plugs in case you are on the road/parking lot side of the hotel.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
Sagnlandet (Land of Legends) is a very interesting "archeological interpretive center" where you can see inhabited villages from different times in the past. It's just outside of Lejre, which is close to Roskilde. Sagnlandet was recommended to me by an archeologist in Oslol
