Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Copenhagen

great weekend in Copenhagen and a great deal 24 hrs just went by to quickly.

The hotel was very nice, with a large room and fantastic views of the city. But it is too far from all the action and restaurants in the city center that drew me to Copenhagen in the first place. The staff were all very helpful, and I enjoyed the two weeks there. The Radisson Falconer would be a better choice of locations for most site-seeing.

Free Internet and room size prize it. Some kind of transportation to airport/city center would relieve of it's location lack of transportation options (no train, scarce bus schedule off-market hrs). Staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean compared to most Copenhagen hotels.. Great Japanese restaurant and decent breakfast. Would and will stay again.

This is an affordable price hotel in an expensive city. Because it is a tall building, the view from the room was great. Shortcoming of this hotel was that it was a Casino hotel which I was not much aware of it. Hard and rough toilet paper was placed in the bathroom but I enjoyed a big nice clean bathtub which was worth spending nights. The electrical outlet by the sink was completely dead and nobody has checked besides the guest. Though these shortcomings are believed within the range of my tolerance.

Well for starters, this hotel didn't meet expectations. For the price, I expected something much nicer than what I stayed at. Interior finishes were very old (think 1970s) and the rooms just didn't seem clean because of that. Staff was friendly and there was a variety of restaurants onsite. They touted that you receive free Internet during the stay, but signal was so weak I couldn't connect anywhere but the lobby. This was pretty annoying for a business traveller like myself. Location is pretty good, depending on where you have to go. I still needed taxis to get around.

Arrived early in the morning and was treated well by staff until the room was ready. Excellent brunch at the hotel, great service in the rooms and throughout. Easy walking distance to downtown Copenhagen and Metro. Incredible views from the room of the city and rivers.

Decent room, but thin walls so not very quiet. Very nice fully equipped gym. Restaurants overpriced (very) but not much else in the area. Quite a hike from city center.

If you have business at the University of Copenhagen's campus nearby, the ITU, or DR, this is a great place. It is also a short walk to the city center, or to Christianshavn. And, it is near Metro lines, including the one that serves CPH. The staff were nice, the room was clean, perhaps a tad small. The walls were a bit thin, but not terribly so. Wi-fi worked as it should, which is not always the case in many hotels lately, it seems. I'll stay here again.

It is located in the business district so a twenty minute walk into the town. Main restaurant not open on a Sunday night, so had to eat in the bar. Food ok though, although expensive (as most things are in Copenhagen!).

Walked and were able to rent bicycles from the hotel. Basic, though adequate for getting around the city. Dis miss having coffee in the rooms.
