Unique, family-run hotel near downtown Copenhagen
The Hotel Kong Arthur is a uniquely designed hotel set in a popular tourist location. Facing the lakes, the hotel is close to the airport and Copenhagen's top attractions. The hotel features three restaurants, with meals served in a delightful courtyard area, weather permitting. Conference facilities and secretarial service make the hotel ideal for business guests.

Wonderful Staff To Make Stay Enjoyable
This was our first visit to Copenhagen. The hotel was very comfortable but the best part about the stay was how extremely helpful everyone on the staff was to help us enjoy our visit.We were given clear precise instructions how to get around in Copenhagen and the instructions from the staff made our traveling around in a new experience very easy. They helped us find excellent restaurants and directed us to where ever we wanted to go to sightsee. The hotel was centrally located for our needs and we recommend this hotel for anyone like ourselves that needs help navigating around Copenhagen

When we arrived we were informed
When we arrived we were informed that they no longer had a room for my wife and I. They sent us across town to a hotel that can was really NOT acceptable. I called the Kong Arthur and complained and they told us to come back. Once back at the Kong Arthur they did a GREAT job of making things right. Aside from having the initial problem we were pretty happy. We would certainly be willing to try them again!

Wonderful hotel great location
This was our first time in Copenhagen. Hotel is very conveniently located to train station. There is a great Italian resteraunt next door LaRocca. Hotel room (Junior Suite) very spacious and clean. Hotel staff very helpful and everyone speaks English. Breakfast is a little pricy but what a selection!! I would definitly recommend this hotel to anyone and will use it again.

Just about the perfect hotel.
Just about the perfect hotel. The only low point is the "business center," which consists of two poorly set-up computers with two barely workable inkjet printers. Otherwise, this is a fantastic hotel with equally fantastic staff.

A Great CPH Hotel
Had a Superior Double Room that was in fact superior and spacious and like a private suite in the lower level. Likewise for the bathroom. Staff was extremely warm, friendly and accomodating. Went the extra mile to satisfy and help. Free wireless internet and access to the adjacent spa was a plus.

Cozy and comfortable away from home.
I was here for a week attending a conference. I paid in advance and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The hotel was in a central location where I could walk to and from without losing my way. The view across the street was fantastic. My room was cozy and fit me well. It is on the small size but as I said previously it was perfect. It was a bit cold during my stay but the heat was working great and warmed me up well. My converter broke and the front desk loaned me another one no problem. The only gripe was on my last two nights - I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls. Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. I hope to come to Copenhagen again and would absolutely stay at the Hotel Kong Arthur.

The room was large with an excellent recliner chair, good writing table and a king size bed together with a spacious bath- breakfast not included DKK 145. Would use the hotel again.
