First Skt Petri Hotel Copenhagen

A 5 star hotel with a 3 star experience. How can you be a 5 star without even a facial tissue? It is at least one of the basic things you need in the room. Wi-Fi is for free. The room is too small. Even for one person there is not enough space for your luggage. There are no coffee maker or at least a water cooker to make tea.

It's a five star hotel but it does'nt meet the standard. It does not even have a facial tissue in the room. It is one of the standard things. No water cooker for tea. It should be 4 star hotel. The room where I stayed is very small. Five star hotel with a four star experience... No gym as well when they are promoting it on their website.

Staff is very pleasant and accommodates most requests. Rooms are not fancy and it is not a 5 star hotel, but, the location is very good for my purposes.

We stayed for five nights in December while working on a project in Copenhagen. The location is perfect, walking distance to all of central Copenhagen and, in case you need to go farther, just a couple of blocks to the city's largest rail station, Norreport. The food is excellent, though expensive. Concierge was very helpful in recommending restaurants in several price ranges.

Had to ask two days for the bathroom trash (which was there when we arrived) to be cleaned - one small towel per day is not adequate after a 12 hour trip to Stockholm. Unusual that beer & wine can be purchased and taken to room - but not a cup of coffee.

I once heard that it is better to under-promise and under-deliver than the other way around. By describing itself as 5* the hotel isn't doing itself justice. The room we got, while on a high floor, was very small with barely any space on either side of the bed. the TV was of the old CRT kind, and the overall feel of the room wasn't anywhere near a 5* (i.e. Rocco Forte or even a European Hilton or Meridien) Location is decent, though you will have to walk about 10 minutes to most tourist attractions. on the bright side it has a very lively bar,

This hotel, although stylish and looks good, is not a five star hotel--closer to a three. My stay was inconvenienced by bad and inattentive service, and though I expected a lot, I received very little.

I am very dissapointed by First Skt Petri hotel and [...]services. The reason is that NOBODY could inform me how much I was charged by moving from single room to the shared room. Neither hotel frontline staff members or [...]on-line staff members could provide clear VERY SIMPLE answer. I moved second day from the single room to my friend and we shared one room. But I we charged for two rooms for all three days. I raised the question about payment to hotel representative, but in reply have been informed that "system does not work today (did not work yesterday and probably will not work tomorrow as well"), plus she was telling me the story how much she and her husband have to pay for taxes in Denmark. Sorry, but it is not my business. I could not get any clear answer from any single frontline employee. I felt myself very uncomfortable by raising the same question THREE times to three frontline employees. [...]. I am very dissapointed and I think I have to share my "three-days-vacation story" on my face book. Too sad...

Surprisingly spacious when you walk in to the lobby from the street - great bar, great vibe, great restaurant. Staff is professional, rooms were nice and decent size as far as European hotels go. Stayed at the Admiral last time in Copenhagen a few months ago and I felt this was comparable and much more centrally located for less money.

nicely located close to the center and walking distance to many areas for tourists. Personnel was pleasant and willing to help.
