Bella Sky Comwell Hotel Copenhagen

I really enjoyed the hotel, it has a very modern appearance from the outside and the inside, nevertheless, it is not only looks: the hotel is very comfortable and the people friendly and willing to make the stay enjoyable.

Hotel is out in the middle of nowhere. Great for business folks to attend a convention-but, it misses all the fun of downtown. Food is expensive and there is no other place to eat unless you take the shuttle downtown.

Although open for nearly six months already, it seems they skimped on staff training. No one in the hotel smiles, or seems the least bit interested in being there. The restaurants are fairly priced but very poorly managed--wait times for entrées was nearly an hour long in two different restaurants on sequential nights. Room service lost an order. There were no shampoo or soap provided in the room upon checkin. Accessing the room in Tower Two was difficult as a conference being held in the bldg dictated that the elevators were inaccessible upon first arrival. No one from staff was able to explain how to get to the room. Not good.

I stayed 10 days at the Bella Sky for business. Metro is 1 block away from the hotel and 5 stops from Downtown and 3 stops from the Airport The hotel is located in a nice quiet area Excellent service from staff. Neat rooms and great view of the city from the hotel. The only issue is that rooms are a bit small and beds could be a bit more comfortable. Still is a great choice

Huoneemme oli 19. kerroksessa missä oli hyvät näkymät. Huoneessa sähköisesti toimiva pimennysverho. Hissejä riittävästi ja nopeita. Aamupala ei kuulu huoneen hintaan ja se pitää maksaa erikseen ja hinta suolainen, aamupalapaikkoja ei nimittäin ole lähellä, kuten keskustassa. Sijainti on hyvä, jos osaa matkustaa junilla ja metroilla, jotka ovat hyviä Tanskassa, niillä pääsee nopeasti ja edullisesti keskustaan ja lentoasemalle. Citypass 72h on hyvä valinta pitkälle viikonlopulle, jos liikkuu enemmän julkisilla. Jos et osaa tai uskalla käyttää julkisia, älä valitse tätä hotellia. Teoriassa liput voi ostaa kortilla, mutta suomalaiset modernit sirukortit tökkivät joskus maksaessa, lentoasemalla automaatti eikä lipunmyyntipisteessa siru ei toiminut, mutta onneksi magneettijuovalla onnistui. Käteistäkin kannattaa pitää mukana. Hotellissa syönti ja juonti kallista. Kävelyetäisyyden päässä kanavan toisella puolella asuinalueella chilis pizzeria, jossa edullisempaa syödä illalla, jos ei viitsi keskustaan lähteä. Yhden aseman päässä Örestadissa Field's jättikauppakeskus.

Wau mikä rakennus, ja näkymät 18. kerroksen huoneestamme! Kaikki uutta ja fressiä, hotelli avattu vasta viime keväänä. Hotelli ei ole aivan keskustassa mutta metro kulkee vierestä, ja lentokentälle lyhyt matka. Luin aikaisemman kommentin huonosta palvelusta mutta koko henkilökunta on ollut tällä reissulla hyvin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.
