The room was very clean. The staff was nice as can be you have to remember they are Danes so they can seem cold but thats just the culture. The Mermaid is a nice walk through gorgeous town homes next to the water. Makes you think about buying a summer condo. If you cook and make a mess, leave it and have your room cleaned, yes they will do your dishes. The Otto is pricey but all the resturaunts in Copenhagen are pricey thats why you get a hotel with a kitchen so you dont eat out as much. The italian resturaunt across the walkway was cheap and tasty. There is a bakery a stones throw from the Netto on the corner with fresh pastries and breads for breakfast if you wanna grab something on the way. Take a walk down the street and over the bridge to get to the train, alot faster then the bus. and less stops. This is my 4th trip to Copenhagen and I have stayed at the best (Marriott) and not the best. This hotel gives the feel of a five star hotel with the comfort of being able to raid the fridge on those rainy windy Danish days. But doesnt break the bank. I saved so much money from buying my own groceries. So dont stay here... It was horrible...lol

Great hotel, inconvenient location
Nice apartment. Accommodations were great with king bed, hair dryer, kitchenette with dishes, pot & pans, glassware and diswasher. Very clean. Although the desk clerk tried, we could not get ice from the restaurant that seemed to be part of the apartment complex. Turned out that it was not walking distance to the town sights nor the port from which we were leaving. Next time we would probably stay on Nyhaven or at least closer to it.

Long walk from hotel
Really could not walk to special dining or attractions. This was partly due to a large construction zone around the ports.

Really nice hotel - in the dockland
Really nice hotel - in the dockland area of Copehagen, so there are great walks from the hotel to the quai and to the city. Good to have coooking facilities as Copenhagen is expensive. Friendly helpful service. We had a great time

Great Hotel
My stay in the Adina Apartment Hotel in Copenhagen was excellent. I had a studio room, which was plenty spacious, indluding a kitchenette, small table and seating area. My reservation on [...]included the free, plentiful hot/cold breakfast buffet, which was also terrific -- especially the breads, pastries, and made-to-order omlette. The front desk was very helpful with map and directions, and loan of an adapter for charging my blackberry. The lobby area was very comfortable with a fire always going and I made use of the swimming pool, which was adequate for swimming laps. The location was ideal for my meeting at UN House and for public transportation to/from the airport (both a 10 minute walk). Copenhagen's Mermaid landmark was only about a 15-minute walk away. It's a good half-hour walk to the center of town/main shopping district, but not bad, even in winter. I would recommend this hotel for both the business traveler and tourist.

Just What We Needed!
We had a "deluxe" 1 bedroom for a fantastic rate through [...]. To our surprise in addition to a full kitchen, there was also a dishwasher and a stacked washer/dryer. The location was about a 5-7 minute walk from a centrally located metro station, near the Little Mermaid and Kastelet. The apartment itself was impeccably decorated and maintained. We couldn't ask for more.

The "Netto" is one of the more affordable grocery stores in Copenhagen and is right downstairs in the same block as the hotel.

Comfortable studio apartment which
Comfortable studio apartment which was a good 5 min walk to train for city or airport. Could walk to some of the cruise terminals as well. Easy walk to the Little Mermaid and from there a lovely stroll into the town centre. A supermarket in the same building so perfect for self catering.

A good choice
After being on a cruise for a week, it was great to have a hotel where the (very complicated) washer and dryer were in your suite. Although outside the center of town, everything was easily accessible by the public transport system. Downside is that there are no restaurants nearby except the one at the hotel which was so-so.

Shower had a drain that barely
Shower had a drain that barely unclogged during the time spent in it - the drain is probably not big enough. Also - the water temperature went from cool to scalding without touching the tap at all and we considered it dangerous.
