The location and the beds of this
The location and the beds of this hotel was good. The service was poor since the reception desk was under staffed. The morning breakfast was chaotic. They need more staff to attend and supervise. This hotel leaves everything for the guests and the outcome of this is poor. But the pricing is good.

close to billund airport
getting some rest before leaving for San Fracisco the next days morning. The room was very cleen and there was little or no noise onthe floor where Iwas. getting some sleep before leaving for San Francisc

Convenient and comfortable
I had an early flight from BLL to USA and the hotel location was perfect. I walked to the terminal at 4 am, although a shuttle was available. The room was clean and the bathroom had a warmed floor. TV was flat screen with plenty of channels. I will always stay here in the future on the nights prior to my flights.

Its very basic with no restaurant.
Its very basic with no restaurant. The rooms are ok, clean and etc.. I didn't think it was value for money. One night stay to catch an early flight is fine.

Nice friendly service
I have stayed at this hotel twice, just needing convenience to catch an early flight. The staff is nice with a computer free for a quick 15 min. email check. It is spotless and simple with a big breakfast if you want. So many airport hotels are well-worn but this is a great value and cheery and well-maintained. I would stay here in the future if I had a longer visit, say, if I brought a child to see Legoland for a few days.
