Good choice, very close to the old town square

Great location, old world charm, clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff, and just about the most impressive breakfast of our whole trip. Custom omelets? It was like a Sunday brunch at a fancy hotel. They even had an ice machine.

We stayed in November 2010. The location was perfect near to the main square and a few minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. Staff were excellent and the reception staff had maps and information for us on arrival. The room had beams and in the roof with a lovely bathroom giving a feel of luxury. The breakfast was superb with buffet but also eggs etc freshly cooked. I would love to visit there again.

Great Location, elegant accomodations

The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were fantastic and the location was the best, very close to the clock tower and the Christmas markets. The shower and bath products were the best. This is a 5 star hotel.

Great Hotel Let Down By Details

Great central location but due to this noisy at night. Receptionist exceptional on arrival and in booking restaurants etc. Rooms big and individual in style, lovely beds. Then they gave us no towels and could not do anything for hours. Then the room lock broke. Their responce was slow and patchy but gave us free meal (food only)in the average restaurant. but to be fair without these unusual problems would have been perfect. Prague great but expensive for some things and cheap for others. Castle good, Square good, bars patchy and Stag Nights still a problem. Great meal at Kampa Park expensive but 5 star.

8-night Prague Stay

I was traveling to Prague for the first time with a friend and chose this hotel because of its great location (centrally located to many places in the city). We had an easy time walking to all the locations we wanted to visit. The hotel had an elegant and cozy feel. The room was spacious enough for my friend and I. The staff was very helpful and courteous, which made staying there all the better. The hotel had a restaurant in it, but we never visited it; there are many dining options in Prague. I would definitely recommend the hotel based on its great location and friendly staff.

Time-saving tip: Not Applicable

The main square can get very crowded with tourists, which may slow you down on the way back to the hotel. Find alternative streets around the hotel to help avoid the human traffic jams. Also, carry the hotel card with the map on the back; it helps when you get turned around on the side streets.
