Not a great place to stay

I had asked for a non smoking room when booking and had this confirmed, but this was not provided. The one small bedroom window had been sealed shut and therefore couldn't be opened to allow fresh air in. Rooms were not cleaned from previous guests and i had dirty cups, chewing gum on the floor and frayed old towling. Even during my 3 night business stay only my bed was made. No attention was given to bins/ laundry. A hard uncomfortable bed, despite best efforts of reception staff who were lovely, i will not be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Room was comfortable, restaurant was good (except that breakfasts were somewhat monotonous, and quality could have been improved.) The fitness facilities were excellent. Good value for money.

ist okay,aber auch nicht mehr
