Great Hotel
Prague Dude Oct 5, 2009
All the additional services that you want at this hotel will be very expensive. Very expensive. But, if you stick to your ... package and don't use the extras it is great. Internet use was $400 a week. A continental breakfast was $70. There are so many great places to eat across the street from the hotel that it doesn't matter what the hotel charges. I had to go out looking for free internet which is everywhere, but too inconvenient. The location is great. Everyone I met complained about loud drunks outside their hotels all night in the city center. I slept like a baby. The concierge will babysit you and take care of every little thing that you need.

Window shop the first few days. Then go back and get what u want. Most everything is the same prices as in the states. Good food is everywhere. Make sure to contact your credit cards and tell them u will be useing your card overseas so they don't put a hold on it for possible fraud. Same with a overseas rate for your phone. Cheeper to use cell with a special rate program.

Perfect location for exploring Prague
Noname Sep 7, 2009
The hotel was lovely, and in a perfect spot for visting ALL of prague - it was in old town, a walk across the brige to Lesser ... Town, and just a couple of blocks to the metro and buses. It is not comparable thought to an American 5 * hotel. There were no ammenities without having to pay exorbitant prices (coke in the mini-bar was $10, etc. and the TV was basically useless.) I'd recommed the hotel, but just don't think you're getting 5*.

The conciers was a huge help with everything from train routs to a last minute weekend trip to Rome. Prague is the ... cleanest most English speaking city in Europe. The churches all have afternoon music from beautiful organ music playing Bach to metro sorprano singing Wagner don't pre plan to much because u will want to be flexible.

Great Location, Great Service
D_P_ Apr 10, 2009
As a woman traveling alone, I was very, very happy with this hotel. I am a budget traveler, but was able to get a great ... hotel/airfare package through this site. The hotel is conveniently located near the Old Town Square and the other major attractions are within walking distance (the castle is a bit of a hike). The English-speaking staff was friendly and accommodating. I had several nice meals in the hotel cafe where they offer 1 hour of free wifi with the purchase of a drink or a meal (otherwise you are charged $20 an hour or $40 a day for access in your room). I booked tours to outlying areas through the hotel concierge. (One tiny complaint, the concierge failed to mention that while the tour company provides hotel pickup, they may not bring you back.) Overall, this was an outstanding trip made very comfortable by this full-service hotel. Highly recommended.

Great Everything!
Aaron Mar 25, 2008
This hotel is ideally located with beatiful river view rooms, and just a few minutes walk from the Old Jewish Quater and Old ... Town Square. My room was very modern, clean, and well decorated with flat screen tv and marble bath. The salt water indoor pool and hot tub are not to be missed. The entire staff from the front desk, bell, housekeeping, and resturant were all friendly and provided excellant service. I was offered an upgrade to their Intercontential Club, for a reasonable additional rate. The club is located on the 8th floor, and offers members a buffet breakfast, afternoon tea (goodies as well as sandwiches, soft drinks and fullbar), plus a happy hour from 6 to 8 pm offering hot hordeovours, and full bar. Additionly, there are two broadband computers for member's use. All in all, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Truly a five star hotel at a reasonable price.
