Staff was very friendly and fluent in English. Free wi-fi is a *definite* plus. Got a free drink card to their restaurant which I didn't end up making use of, but was appreciative of. Though their restaurant pricing did seem high - better off going elsewhere. Room was spacious and clean. Good location on the river, just a 5-10 minute walk (depending on your pace) from a couple metro stations. Free breakfast included as well.

Nice Boutique hotel right by the Charles Bridge

Cute quiet boutique hotel on the Charles Bridge - great location, walking distance to everything, on a quiet street. Were put in a room that heard noise from the delivery of food in the morning, requested to move and were put in a much larger and quieter room - all ready for us when we were out all day! A few other things we asked for, they were very accomidating and quick to respond. Nice cozy breakfast room, sort of cave like and very warm and special. Overall, well worth the $ spent.

Good experience; but

More maintenance problems than there should be. Busted hair dryer, busted door latch to wardrobe (door kept opening on its own blocking you from getting out of bed) ; shower handle (poor design, got knocked several times during shower changing temp.) Curtains over skylights, quite difficult to open and to close. On the other hand, great location, wonderful and friendly staff, breakfast was outstanding, and dining room just plain fun to be in, rounded ceiling of stone. If they would just keep up with things that needed fixing I would have been more than pleased.

Good service from front desk

We went on a tour bus. Prague is beautiful. United Airlines lost my bag for four days. The front desk was very helpful by keeping in touch with the airline and making sure my bag arrived.

Time-saving tip: Not Applicable

I definitely reccommend taking a tour bus. We took the Out and In tour bus. It was very helpful because it took you everywhere you wanted to see. It's difficult to find things on your own because there are so many side streets.

Good Location, Amazing Staff

The hotel location was good, everything was within walking distance to us. There were no hidden extra charges like some hotel might do. The staff were amazingly friendly giving us directions, meeting our demands for the rooms, reserving activities for us, etc...

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Although Prague is not the best city to shop at, but a hint would be if you're shopping at big brand stores you're not going to find any good bargains, and if you're shopping from no name Chinese employed/owned places you're probably not going to find anything worth carrying with you back home. A final notice: don't depend on shopping in Prague.
