River cruise. Pick your boat trip wisely some have no on-board info guides. If you already have walked the city maybe think twice of getting a cruise at all.

Second time in Prague

This was my second time in Prague and I was pretty happy with this hotel. There were 2 negatives: 1) The spa was closed for 2 days, albeit for cleaning; 2) When I asked someone at reception if there was a print shop near the hotel, she simply said that that kind stuff didn't exist in Prague. I found one not 5 mins from the hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Quiet rooms. Excellent location.

Great Value and Staff

Although located a little away from the center of Old Town, this hotel is convenient to the train station and walking distance to Old Town and many of the key stops in Prague. Hotel staff is friendly and very knowledgeable...ask for Filip

Kings Court, Prague Nov 2011

Great location and the breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. We had a problem with the water in our room being brown and smelling bad but the hotel was full to capacity so we had to stay in that room. Because we booked thru this site they would not refund any of our money. We travel abroad often and stay in excellent hotels. I would not stay here again.

Time-saving tip: Long walk from hotel

Use the metro system in Prague. It's easy to navigate and saved a lot of time. It's also easy to walk to most attractions from metro stops.

Definitely the place to be

We used the hotel transport service from the airport to the hotel and it was really nice being picked up with the elegance merc - classy is an understatement. Top floor of hotel, in the corner is room 709 - on entry, the wow factor is the language of the day. Bed laid to perfection, bathroom looks elegant, will definitely model my home after it. Only impractical is the eaves over the bath, it hinders having a stand up shower, also means that there was a lot of water splash on the floor. Breakfast was divine, what you want, they can offer including champagne - the lounge was also cosy. Location perfect - right in the heart of it all, want to shop, just go across the road, there are 200 shops to choose from. You can also walk around and there are lots to see - especially top designer names near the jewish quarters. I have nothing but pure delight about this hotel, it is truly a star amongst all, i would definitely be returning if i could.

Opposite the hotel in the Palladium shopping centre - go to the food court and you will find the most perfect japanese cuisine, you want sushi - they have it there fresh for you, you want rice or noodle meal, made to perfection and great things is that you dont feel it in your pocket. We had 2 main meals with 2 drinks totally 348 czech kros, whereas you could paid that amount for the starter and yet not enjoy it in the most fancy of places

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Rent a car and see the country. Many must see sites are only a short drive (i.e. brewery, castles, Germany...).

Amazing!

Me and my friend went to see Prague, and was a little worried about the language barrier. After being there for a couple minutes we realized not only does most of their staff so does a lot of city! The only hitch was figuring out were to park. The hotel is on one of the narrow roads that lead to a center. If you expect to park yourself, don't just let them do it for you, it is not worth the hassle. For about 35ish (I think) Euro they park your car in a safe area, so you don't have to worry about it. Inside the hotel they have own bar in one place and resturant in another. Though we didn't eat dinner there, on our way back from the town we popped into the bar and had a little night cap, (finished what we started,). The room we got was amazing! There were pillow mints, super soft beds, lots of pillows, and blankets. We didn't want to leave the room. Our room also had internet, mini bar, desk, couch, large flat screen. The location is nice too. You don't have to walk very far at all and just look one way or the other and there is a casino, money exchange (make sure you get a card from the front desk before you hit the money exhange they give a better % money exchange with the referal from the hotel,) and then for the ladies you can go shopping since there all tons of stores. In one of the shopping malls within view of the hotel, the top of the shopping area has a lot of nice dining area. They are not like American food courts. The hotel also offers free breakfast in the morning, you stay here, eat the breakfast: it is worth it! I am very picky, but they had fresh fruit, pastries, an man to make me a eggs on the spot. And yes, their coffee was good too!
