Great Hotel
The room was clean and very comfortable, including the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the city center.

The only disappointing part of my booking experience was with the airport transfers thru Grayline/Citytours. The desk clerk was very unfriendly and unhelpful; there was no car and driver arranged so I had to wait 45 min. for them to scrounge one up and when he arrived he had no idea where the 4 stars hotel was. Don't waste your time or money on these transfers--faster and easier to take a taxi into town.

Lovely renovated hotel about 10 minutes walk from Prague centre. Quieter, but close to the river and some small local pubs nearby. Only downside was breakfast room was very small and if everyone came for breakfast at the same time, we had to share a table and even wait for a table to come free. Lovely breakfast though, with menu changes daily. I would and have recommended this hotel to friends.

Très bon hôtel
L'hôtel est a proximité du centre (environ 10 mn à pieds). Le personnel est charmant. Ne pas hésiter à leur demander conseil sur les restaurants : Jan nous a très bien renseigné et nous avons très très bien mangé dans des endroits pas vraiment touristiques. A recommander.

Excellent rapport qualité prix !
L'hotel est très bien situé : A 10 minutes à pied du centre de la vieille ville et du pont Charles, à 5 minutes de l'opéra (narodini divadlo). C'est vraiment très pratique pour se déplacer facilement. Le personnel est serviable et fait beaucoup d'effort pour parler français. Les chambres sont parfaites (le lit est très confortable), bien insonorisées entre elles (on n'entend pas les voisins), mais pas génial sur le palier. Le petit déjeuner très complet avec des fruits frais,... La salle de sport est très petite (2 vélo et un banc de muscu) et il manque un tapis de course. Par contre le sauna est très bien et privatif, ce qui ne gâche rien! Pour résumer, cet hotel est vraiment parfait ! Les 2 seules remarques "négatives" (c'est beaucoup dire...) : le jus d'orange du petit déjeuner qui n'est pas top, et l'isolation phonique entre le couloir et la chambre (on entent les chariots de ménage le matin).

Accueil froid et pas sympatique.
Accueil froid et pas sympatique. Porte de chambres très brillantes ainsi que le chariot des femmes de mènage. Buffet breackfast correct. Je n'y retournerai pas!
