Exclusive and officially certified as a 5* hotel General is located in quiet central location between Vltava river and Andel business area. The perfect location gives the guests the possibility of reaching all main tourist and business attractions within a short walk or by using easily accessible city transport communication. Personal attention to guests, peaceful and unique atmosphere of the hotel, comfort and exceptional services were already highly acknowledged by hotels guests and hotel General has become one of the recommended hotels in Prague. For the guests comfort hotel offers 20 unique designed rooms. The decoration and interior of each room was inspired by the deeds and lives of the famous generals and military leaders throughout the world history. As the final touch each room is equipped with all the facilities that the guest may need: air-conditioning, LCD TV, telephone, internet connection, mini-bar, in-room safe and complimentary coffee & tea making facilities. For the additional treat and comfort hotel offers its guests - welcome drink, guarded parking (at additional cost), restaurant and wine bar, sauna facilities.

Lovely friendly staff and very comfortable rooms but a little way out from the sights in and around the old town. The tram was close and frequent so there was no problem getting in and out of town

Wonderful hotel . . . !!!

My husband, my 15 month baby and I just got back from the Czech Republic where we stayed at a number of hotels. The Hotel General was by far our favorite. Everything about it was top-notch: the service and the rooms were exquisite. They were also very accommodating about our baby, which is not always the case. The breakfast was fabulous too. I've stayed at other five star hotels, and I am often underwhelmed. Staying at the Hotel General was truly a five star experience. We definitely plan to return. Note to other travelers: the hotel has a reasonably priced car service to and from the airport, and the driver is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent

Accueil VIP. Écoute, sourire, conseils et disponibilité sont présents à chaque instant. Hôtel légèrement excentré, mais à proximité immédiate du métro et du tramway. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

dans l'ensemble très satisfait

dans l'ensemble très satisfait , isolation acoustique des fenêtres très bonne heureusement car la rue est bruyante , pas de difficultés pour atteindre le centre , métro et trams proches personnel impeccable tv satellite malheureusement sans mode d'emploi
