Internet in room is extra. If you want to use it just book a 5 star hotel. It will save you more. Internet is free in the lobby only, so the lobby is packed with people with their laptops. No place to sit. But the cold floor can be an option if you dont want to pay $5 per hour using wifi in your room If you are given the top floor. Run as far as you can and complain right from the beginning. The attic is freezing cold. You will need you coat the whole time but it makes your softdrink cold all day long without freezer. The front desk is a nice old man. Its all that is good in that hotel

Good price:value ratio hotel
Perfect hotel when all you're doing is crashing for the night. It is a bit far from the city center, although the bus and tram stations are very close; the tram runs until late at night. Breakfast buffet was included and I was not expecting that, which was great. The buffet was good, nothing fancy, but enough to get you started for the day (bread, ham and cheese, eggs, fruit, yogurt and granola).

Short walk from hotel
There is a restaurant right across the street, can't remember the name right now, but ask at the reception for directions; it is literally right across the street. Owner cooks and serves, he's also a painter and an interesting guy. Best steak I've had in a long time!

Calme et bien placé, sans extra
Séjour court de découverte de Prague avec 4 grands enfants (14 à 22 ans). Façade soignée, dans un quartier contrasté, au pied d'une colline boisée. Très bonne connexion au centre avec les bus(133) ou les trams (9) fréquents. Calme, même si les bruits de portes signalent les retours nocturnes. Service sans empressement mais accueillant : à l'arrivée, indication d'un restaurant simple et pas cher à proximité. Nous avons obtenu ce que nous avons demandé peu avant notre arrivée : 2 chambres à lits séparés et la chambre des parents côté cour, toutes les 3 mitoyennes. Aménagement simple mais avec goût. Propreté convenable, un peu plus de soin dans le ménage ferait bien. Wi-fi payant à la 1/2 heure. Séjour payé d'avance, mais surprise désagréable de se voir réclamer une caution (ce serait usuel à Prague ?), dont le montant semblait fixé à la tête du client. Cependant, les 50 EUR ont été restitués, après constat des lieux et surtout... que les bouteilles de Vittel à 90 CZK n'ont pas été consommées! Buffet du petit-déjeuner abondant, à la mode d'Europe Centrale : plats chauds, charcuterie, fromage en plus des céréales et laitages. Pas de vraies confitures. Adresse à recommander pour qui recherche un lieu pour la nuit, à prix correct, sans trop d'exigences dans le détail.
