The hotel is up hill so that we usually walk down to the old square and castle but once we are on the other side of St Charles bridge, we take Tram 22 to get back up to the hotel.

Great Prague Hotel
The Crowne Plaza was a great European hotel with a comfortable bed, friendly & helpful staff, and great location. It was in walking distance of Prague Castle (5 min walk), Charles Bridge (12 - 15 min walk), Old Town (15 - 20 min walk). If you don't like walking, there is a tram stop close by (less than 2 minute walk). I recommend the Peklo restraunt right next to the hotel for a romantic dinner for two, and the brewery inside the monestary for a great Czech dinner and beer. The only negative for the hotel was the price of the hotel's breakfast - but there were quite a few great places to grab breakfast within less than a 5 minute walk.
