Good Location
The Hotel was in a good location, only a 10 min walk to wenslas square, or the metro was at the end of the street. The hotel room was of a good standard, staff friendly and helpful, free safe in the room. Hotel breakfast was good and set you up for the day

Fine rooms, poor service, cheats on AC
The rooms are nice, neatly cleaned, and location in fine . However they sell as AC rooms when the truth is that the AC is either in operant, or defective. I have the AC set at 16 C degrees and still, my room is above 26! I have complained every night about the AC and all I get back from the Front desk staff is "we re booked and you are the only one complaining". The staff is helpless and makes up for any excuse trying to avoid my complains
