A very well located hotel, ideal for small groups and individuals. The location is perfect and the hotel comes very highly recommended.
AK 08/10 A pale building with a quaint exterior. The hotel looks like a large old fashioned grand house. The hotel is located directly next to the castle in Cesky Krumlov with a 2 minute walk to the centre square. The location is amongst the cobbled old streets of Krumlov.

If you are driving, this is a great place to stay. You simply drive through the entrance to pedestrian zone and the hotel is right there. You can unload your things and then drive a couple of blocks to park the car. The downside is it is a little
confusing to find the parking lot and you have to pay, but if you stay further in the pedestrian zone you would have to carry your things much further. Rooms are very basic but clean. Hotel seems a little dated (interior decor, of course the building is historic), but the staff was top notch. They answered every question we had, looked up things for us on the internet to check on things further afield, and recommended an excellent restaurant that we all thoroughly enjoyed (The Catacombs).
