This is a fantastic boutique style apart-hotel. It is situated in the heart of the tourist area of the city and near the beach (EP 07/10) It is a nicely done grey and white apartment complex with a fabulous pool area in front. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the tourist area of Limassol. The city's beautiful beach front is 5 minutes down the road.

- The studio rooms vary in size, and all of them have a modern feel to them with minimalist style designer furniture and decorations. They all come equipped with a kitchenette and fridge, a laundry machine, a large plasma TV and independent air conditioning, as well as balconies overlooking the pool area.
