Upstairs
Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two or three twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.
Ground Floor
Large living dining room with satellite TV, DVD,CD/Radio, telephone, internet suply, Safe (extra charge),hairdryer with French windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, guests WC.
Exterior
Partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built BBQ, covered car park & garden.
The Royal Villas are situated in a privileged position with views to mature gardens and in addition feature a sauna ,washing machine, hair dryer, stereo and have 24hrs free internet access(the guests should bring their own laptop) Royal Villas are cleaned twice a week and also receive a complimentary welcome pack.
Services
Cleaning and change of linen once a week, (Royal villas twice) daily cleaning of the pool and garbage collection, caretaker who lives on the premises and available 24 hours for emergencies, tennis court, pool and garden maintenance, E-mail and internet facilities. Other services include extra maid service, car hire, meet and assist at the airport, grocery packs, special requests like champagne& flowers, hairdressing/beauty treatments, massage, baby sitting, outside catering, daily au pair, Doctor on call 24hrs and Excursions & Cruises.

Perfect holidays with friends
Lovely and quiet place. We stayed in villa for ten days in May. Weather was perfect for cycling and swimming as well. I would recommend the villa to everybody who wants to enjoy Cyprus since its located in the village and its not a part of a huge hotel complex. Clean and comfortable. Thanx to helpful owners and staff who were doing their best to make us feel welcome. We already made our booking for this year.

We stayed at Regina's for a week
We stayed at Regina's for a week in early April when the weather was fairly cool (highs low 20s Celsius), even so our private pool was cleaned every day. The owner, John, checked on us most days to see if everything was OK (which it was), as did the caretaker Peter. There were just my wife and I staying in a 3 bedroom villa, but even so the price we paid was under what we were being quoted for B&B and 4 and 5 star hotels. I've scored everything except location as very good as our stay was faultless. Location scored as good, rather than very good as local tavernas were 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommend these villas!
