This is an excellent boutique hotel, the only such property in Ayia Napa. No expense has been spared and no detail has been overlooked to create a beautiful and exclusive holiday environment that will appeal to younger couples and families (01/10 EP) It is a cluster of whitewashed maisonettes and bungalows set on well kept gardens around the pool area. It is a very tranquil and well landscaped oasis at the sea. This lovely boutique property is located directly on the beach at Ayia Napa, about 3km from the city proper.

- The Studio Suites Pool or Sea View are about 30sqm, and are elegantly designed with a fresh and stylish look. Facilities include air conditioning, LCD wide screen TV, Italian glass and granite kitchen and ceramic stove, refrigerator and microwave oven and all modern kitchen equipment. All rooms have balconies with either pool or sea views. Guests booking a quad room will receive a larger 45sqm 1 bedroom suite with a master bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area.
