Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites Rooms
- Grand Suite
- Grand suites include a double-size bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, very spacious bathrooms with a bath and shower, individually controlled air-conditioning/heating ,wireless internet connection (fee), 3 LCD television sets, tea and coffee making facilities, free safe deposit box, mini bar, two side tables, a coffee table and an armchair. There are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a large sitting and dining area. For a feeling of home familiarity there is a kitchenette with ample utensils. Supplementing the above is a generous terrace with a Jacuzzi and spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the pool. These rooms are highly recommended for families of up to 5 persons. Complimentary treatment for guests booking the Grand suite includes: fruit and wine on arrival, bottle of water, flower in the bathroom, bathrobes and slippers and turn down service every evening.

Best Hotel in Ayia Napa
Before my trip, I contacted the hotel to arrange a taxi from the airport (this is the best thing to do) and they also offered other amenities which I gladly accepted. I would recommend going for the junior suite. You will be happy you paid the extra few dollars. Everything went smoothly. At check-in, I was greeted by an amazing staff. They really know how to pamper guests. Very classy bar, great views, awesome pool, and across the street from Grecian Bay which is a decent beach. The hotel is recently renovated so everything is modern and clean. You are also a short walk from the Square which, as a single guy, I really enjoyed the convenience. On the other hand, you are a 20min cab ride away from Nissi Beach - the place to be especially for young singles (cost ~ 8 euro for taxi to Nissi). You have to decide on the trade-off. Frankly, I prefer Napa Mermaid given the hotel quality and proximity to the Square. There's plenty to do (renting ATVs, water sports on the beach, visit ancient sites). Or you can just relax during the day and party at night. Great trip, definitely good for singles, couples, or families. Almost forgot: the bar staff is awesome. Bring a great attitude and you'll get that energy back 10x.

Great hotel
I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and very accommodating. The pool is gorgeous. It is right across the street from the beach with very easy access. It is about a 15 minute walk to the center of town, but a very easy walk with lots of shops and restaurants to walk by.

I called the hotel to let them know when I was arriving and they sent a taxi for me (I still had to pay for it, but it made getting out of the airport a piece of cake).
