Spacious and relaxing!
The check-in was timely, but the staff was friendly. Wi-Fi is available in the reception area or sitting area in front outdoor lobby. The pool is great with a bar and restaurant. The pool is open until 9pm, but beware that the people at the restaurant are overlooking the pool so it is not very private! We were robbed at another location on the island, but it seemed safe at the resort. We were told to lock up our back verandah doors even while we were at the pool so there may be issues there as well. There are only A/C in bedrooms, the living space and bathroom did remain humid and hot. Fan did provide some breeze as well as verandah doors open fully. The room was great for three adult travelers, rooms are clean. The grocery service upon arrival was priceless! We received massages at our villa, make sure to enjoy one on the verandah.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Make sure you rent a car! There is a Budget Rental car location a short walk from the resort at Jan Theil beach. It was drastically cheaper to rent at this location than through the hotel or airport. The resort is located near a lovely beach but nothing else. You must have a car to get to any other location, restaurants, and shopping.
