Just okay
Woman at the front desk was a bit rude and not very helpful when asking for a taxi recommendation to get to the airport. We were also given the wrong room at first so had to switch into the proper room. The lights in the room are switched on by inserting the room key into the wall, would have been nice if someone told us. Wifi was free however extremely weak signal just making it into my room. The room was clean and adequate.

Comfortable and convenient luxury
This hotel is right in the centre of the city and close to practically everything you want to do and see in Zagreb. Breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable , although perhaps a little overheated. Staff were polite and helpful, and the business centre very convenient for faxes etc.Walking around and seeing all the historic churches, museums and markets was great, and especially colourful before Easter with flowers and decorations.

Visit the market in the Britanski Square on Saturday or better still Sunday for fruit, flowers and lots of antiques and old wares.

Happy after Rome
Great location in Zagreb
My husband and I liked our room at the Hotel Dubrovnik quite a bit. It was cozy and yet the hotel was central to all of our walking excursions. The tram stop was just at end of the block too. There were a few drawbacks though. Some of the hotel reception workers were not terribly friendly and some of the older waiters in the hotel restaurant were downright racist. (Eastern Europe, in general, is not inviting to people of color.) The younger staff members were helpful and open though. Also there was a huge music festival in Zagreb that weekend, and the walls were literally pounding with sound until midnight our last night there. Apart from the loud music one night, the hotel was enjoyable and great. I would recommend it for couples.

Excellant hotel location & staff
Fantastic location and exceptional staff - they made us a "breakfst" pack due to our early flight. Staff made fantastic dinner recommendations. We would recommend the hotel to any tourist visitor to Zagreb!

Top Lage, korrekte Dienstleistung
Schlichtes Hotel im Herzen der Stadt. Zimmer in älterem Teil (mit Blick auf den Hauptplatz) sind klein. Hoher Lärmpegel bei offenem Fenster. Frühstücksbuffet: ausgezeichnete Brötchen.

The only advantage of this hotel
The only advantage of this hotel it's location. Just in the center of old Zagreb. However, the room style is very old and small. Wifi services need to improve, slow connection and no security, easy to get virus. Breakfast is not bad.

Un hotel perfectamente ubicado
