Unexpectedly Great
Having never been to Zagreb, we booked over the internet. We were greeted with an upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was a wonderful size for two tall people. The staff could not have been more gracious or helpful, when needed. We later transferred to another hotel to begin a tour and were disappointed that it did not measure up to the Arcotel Allega.

Nice Break
I had 2 disappointment's at the hotel. For a 4 star hotel it had no Tea/Coffee making facilities. It advertised the gym could be accessed 24 hour's a day when you could only start at 7am. Other then that it was just an average hotel.

Excellent hotel
I spent only one weekend at this hotel but it was fantastic. It´s located in city center. It takes only few minutes by foot to main square. Food at the restaurant was absolutely great. especially Croatian dishes. Prices are reasonable and stuff is very helpful.

Very clean and modern hotel (by Zagreb usual standards). Centrl location - 5/10 minute walk to main Square. Wide range of choice for brerakfast. Minute annoyance - no coffee making facility in rooms.

Great Hotel, quite new and very
Great Hotel, quite new and very nice rooms. We asked for a non smoking room, but were given a smoking room. Because we were only staying one night we put up with it. We were traveling with a rental car and free parking was easy to get on the street close to the Hotel. The hotel is in a very good location with an easy walk to the old town and all the best restaurants. This hotel was value for money, service was excellent and we would certainly stay here again.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and fantastic breakfast. On the minus side was only that the minibar in my room did not work and they could not or did not want to fix it. On the plus side, though street was very busy your room was silent. And.... the airco was super silent.
