Excellent place to stay
This hotel has an excellent location right on the sea front and at the end of a cul-de-sac, so no passing traffic. It is immaculately decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are polite and helpful. They all seem to speak good English, and were very patient with my bungling Croatian. The food was wonderful, lots of fish, fresh fruit and salad, enormous variety, plenty of meat for those who hate fish, the best chips outside England, the best bacon I have ever tasted, I could go on and on. The resort is a sheltered bay facing east. There is quite a lot of beach by Croatian standards, almost continuous for a couple of miles of gold coloured gravel. Behind that is a paved promenade. The swimming is good - no sea urchins and boats are excluded for safety by a line of bouys. The walking is good through forest, but the paths are steep - boots area good idea. Shops sell groceries, postcards, souvenirs, etc. An important point - it is worth paying the extra for the seaview. The other rooms face inland to a car park and more tourist accommodation.

Bellevue - Nomen est Omen;
Es stimmt ; die Aussicht ist fantastisch- was will man noch MEER - Delfine vorbeiziehen sehen - und das vom Schlafzimmer aus!!!!!

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Schöne Lage, tolle Kiesbuchten. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform, für jeden etwas dabei, hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Cocktails der Hotelbar waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich (egal ob mit oder ohne Trinkgeld). Hatten ein Standarddoppelzimmer mit Blick auf die "Parkseite", die Aussicht war nicht so der Hammer, würde nächstes Mal jedenfalls mit Meerblick buchen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren aber sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Für den Kiesstrand sind Badeschuhe unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wenn man keine Liegen mieten möchte sollte man enweder Moosgummimatten oder ähnliches zum unterlegen mitbringen oder an den Ständen, die an de Promenade Richtung Rabac stehen (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß) kaufen, mit Handtuch allein ist es doch ein bisschen ungemütlich :-). Apropos, Handtücher gibts beim Hotel gegen Abgabe der "Towel Card" zum ausleihen, gibt man das Handtuch zurück kriegt man auch die Karte wieder. Teils überdachte Parkplätze sind beim Hotel genug vorhanden. Alles in allem war es (bis auch das Wetter, aber da kann ja keiner was dafür) ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und ich würde jederzeit wieder ins Valamar Bellevue fahren!
