Front desk staff are fluent in all major languages. Further amenities include covered parking, a gym, tennis club (5 minutes' walk from the hotel) and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel also has a gift shop and a conference room. 03.08 TC Most of the hotel is hidden from the road above, as it is built parallel to the cliffside. A large white building, it is very Mediterranean in appearance, as most rooms have balconies. The hotel lies in the area of Lapad, close to the largest public beach. It is 40 minutes by car to the airport, 5 minutes to the bus terminal, 15 minutes to the harbour and 10 minutes to the Old Town.

The main restaurant is 'L' shaped, and features a terrace with the breakfast buffet at the entrance. There is also a very pleasant ground floor terrace restaurant, as well as a tavern and bar areas which are all of an excellent quality and offer great service and variety of food and drink.
