Beautiful and Peaceful Place to Rest Your Head
I wanted to unwind before the start of a 9 day tour. This was the perfect place to do it. My room was charming. The views at night and day were spectacular. Although it was a little chilly, it was beautiful to sit on the top of the mountain, breath the fresh air and then get a wonderful massage in the spa. If you like peace and quiet, then I would definitely recommend this place. My bed was so comfortable and the staff here were accommodating and lovely. If you want to get away from it all and feel like you are on a proper holiday, even if it's just for a night or two, I would recommend Gran Tara in a heartbeat.

Nice Hotel, Bad Location
Be prepared to search for this hotel for quite a while before you actually find it. It is at the city center located next to a big park, however there really are no street signs or hotel signs to help you find it. Once we checked in, the hotel was very pretty and very quiet. The food was decent, but our room, although clean and modern, didn't get much outside light and was pretty dark. We stayed in the hotel for most of the night since the traffic was pretty bad, and the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was less than desirable (so walking around wasn't too much of an option). Overall, it was a nice hotel and we had a decent experience, however we only stayed 1 night, and would not have wanted to stay much longer than that.

There is a great Italian Restraunt on the corner of a shopping center a couple of blocks away (near the Audi dealership).
