A good place to go for buissnes

Excellent hotel very clean and really nice staff, the only problem i see is the breakfast it wasnt at the level all the other things were, was good but beside that the experience was wonderful, the hotel is placed in a really good spot in the center of san José with a lot of restaurants and places to see, I highly recommend this hotel. Sorry for my english

    Good Mid-Town hotel

Great location, generally friendly staff, the room facing the street might get a bit noisy, especially if you wish to get some rest before Midnight (double glazing or better closure of the windows would have solved this). I would expect the hotel to supply Wi-Fi in the rooms, not only at the lobby (they do offer a cable for your computer, but it does not solve the smartphone/ipad connevctivity).

    Family and Gay friendly Hotel

This hotel is for family and also if you are gay. If you are looking to bring guests to your room, stay away, especially femaie guests are not allowed. Otherwise a 3* hotel, no pool, spa is nothing biut one masseuse, and lobby bar pathetic, restauranct is mediocre at best. It is a good paid Jail for femaies, you can get in but can not in/go, security asks all kinds of questions and ID every time you want to enter after 8pm. Staff is not friendly, and they dont know fiteen from fifty five. Confused staff.

A great hotel smack dab in the middle of everything. Great staff, great food, great service (most of the staff speak English). Here is some advice, don't rent a car. You've never parked in a smaller or more difficult to find parking lot. Take a taxi...they are everywhere and not too costly.

The only down side was arriving at 11.30am but not being able to check in until 3pm. Luckily the free wifi in the lobby stopped me from getting too annoyed. The overall quality of the hotel is very good. A high standard of quality and comfort. Watch out for the mini-bar...they charged me $5 for a bottle of water. Additionally the hotel taxi's charge around double the rate for what you get walking 5 meters extra to get one on the street.
