A great place to stay in San Jose
I enjoyed this hotel , for the money was a great deal , staff very friendly and happy , we enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel .The walk to the little mall next door was quick and the Argentine place was great for dinner . Would have liked a machine or 2 in the gym , but it was clean and sufficient for aerobics and dumbbell exercises .Was only $2 for a shuttle to the multiplaza mall and was huge , so lots to see and do there ,the Inka grill was a great place to eat . Next to the highway so easy to go places to leave town on tour ,or head to downtown and into San Jose .The taxi guys were great and helped us a lot !

Only $2 to go to the Multiplaza mall for great shopping , dinner or lunch and the market in the mall is great for snacks , beers , and champagne for the fridge ,a full supermarket in the mall .

Clean hotel with friendly service
Stayed here one night each on two different occasions. Great rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit of a rip off at $16 per person for a buffet, but overall, a good place to stay. I would stay here again.

Good location
they advertise a free shuttle back and forth from the hotel from 6 AM to 10 PM. First off, you have to call in advance (which they did not say), second it is not free: it will cost you like 30 dollars. So I was a bit upset with that. Hotel is OK, like an American version of the Courtyard. Room smells of mold so I had allergies one night. Other than that It is pretty clean, and right next to a bunch of restaurants. Breakfast is EXPENSIVE at 19 U.S. dollars. You pay half of that in a restaurant (but there are none open in the morning near the hotel). So it is a great hotel for business travelers expense accounts, but not for the frugal travelers on vacation.

Great overall...
Hotel was a great choice: awesome location since it was next to a place with lots and good restaurants, nice inside and service was great. Its breakfast is pretty complete: eggs whatever way you like, "gallo pinto" as Costaricans eat every morning, fruits, cereals- all great! Used the gym, only thing is that it is not that big and not too many machines to work out; but cannot complain too much since this is a not so huge hotel. Would definately stay there again. I loved Escazu area...

Perfect for business and pleasure
The location of this hotel is perfect for business and pleasure. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
