What a beauty this is!!!
First of all [...]is the way to go when traveling so far away from home. We booked this hotel sitting in the lobby of another. The price does not do this place justice. Full daily breakfast, nice staff, beautiful clean pool, very nice gardens, rooms nicely decorated with all ammenities, clean work out area. We will surely go back to this place next year.

great location for price
We only had the evening to spend and had an early flight out the next day so relaxed in the evening. We were able to use the shuttle to/from the airport as we booked ahead but others were not, if not booked ahead of time; that should be offered to everyone without booking as part of the included price. It would have been nice to have information as to getting breakfast early since we had to leave at 430am to catch a 730am flight-some things that could be left out, like coffee, juice, bread for toast, fruit, cream cheese etc to eat or to go. That was also a perk in the price so they should try to accomodate those of us leaving early. Thank you, R & A

LINDA ON THE COAST
An oasis amongst the city
Lots of room in the suites. Dining area was pleasing and relaxing. We stayed only one night as it was close to the airport for our departure. A nice way to end our trip to Costa Rica. Thank you!

One Night at the San Jose Country Inn
Couple from U.S. traveling with two adult children for Christmas Week stay in Costa Rica. Eleven p.m. arrival and staff were ready for us and we received excellent service. Rooms are not all in a single building which could be a problem if it had been raining.

Young traveler with indiscriminate taste
Good location to head off on excursions
This is a great hotel because it is close to the airport and is easy to set off on excursions from here, but don't spend your vacation here, it is right next to the highway (though you don't really hear it from the hotel). The staff is very helpful.

Pretty good
Pros: - Staff was very courteous and friendly - The rooms were clean and the complementary wireless was a lifesaver - The complementary shuttle was great although I would recommend extending the services beyond 9 pm - The overall offering is good with a pretty big pool and on-site restaurant and all of the above Cons- - Far away from the city - Reception forgot my 5.30 am wake up call. It was my backup so didnt affect me but this qualifies as unprofessional

Hard to find
San Jose Costa Rica is not known for its easy driving but for a hotel so close to the main road it had no signs directing you how to get there. Many other hotels had signs off the highway but not the country inn...very frustrating. Besided that once we drove in circles twice and finaaly found it the hotel was great!. Walking distance to resturants a mall and a market. Nice rooms nice pool and nice amenities. A great place to stay once you find it.
