Great Hotel in San Jose
Top Class hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica. Located about 10 miles from airport. Very convenient to find and nestled on hilltop with great views of the city and mountains. Staff was most pleasant and helpful of anyone we met in Costa Rica. Great food, nice rooms, nice pool and beautiful lush grounds adjacent to the hotel. Best value in Costa Rica.

Great hotel, excellent value
lovely hotel, excellent value. Would not hesitate to book again. The location is a distance away from restaurants and stores, so you always need a cab. Great breakfast buffet. Amazing balconies.

This was the nicest hotel at which I have ever stayed. The front desk area was immaculate and the staff was extremely helpful. We had just booked a standard room with 2 queen beds and without even asking we were upgraded to a suite that had a desktop computer complete with its own desk, a seperate living room with 2 leather couches and a flat screen tv, and a seperate bedroom complete with king sized bed and its own flat screen tv. I was so surprised and happy about the opulence of this hotel.

They tried to rob me!!!
I'm allways going to this hotel when i'm traveling in or out Costa Rica but this time I just realize that they can go arround they'r system and rob you.I'm talking about the restaurant not the hotel,so be aware and check your bills when you pay cos they will show you a preview of a bill instead of the final check in order to change it after and get the money for them self! Be aware! I am very disapointed with this and i think i will choose other hotel for my next stay in San Jose!

Very Good for the price
The room was clean, friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was good. The location is not walking friendly and the hotel taxi are expensive. City taxis are cheaper.

Very good hotel to stay
Overall a very good stay but they need to improve little details (WI-FI is not free after all,the shuttle is not waiting if the plain have a delay...things like this)

Hotel has a good location with easy access. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was very good. Very good value for your money.
