Hacienda Guachipelin Rooms
- Standard Room
- Standard Room with two double beds offers reception area, the swimming pool and the bar, and the cattle corrals. All the rooms have two beds, either two doubles or one double and one single. Its also possible to include an extra single bed upon request. Each room has a private bathroom with hot water heated by the sun on solar panels, air conditioning, bathroom amenities, cable / satellite TV, ceiling fan, color TV, laundry service and non-smoking rooms.

- The hacienda borders Las Pailas section of the Rincon de la Vieja National Park. The property comprises 1600 hectares of land, of which 700 hectares are set aside for the conservation of the tropical dry forest; 575 hectares are used as pastureland; and 325 hectares are being reforested with species in danger of extinction. The property is bathed by three rivers, Rio Blanco, Rio Colorado in the middle and Rio Negro at the end of the property. The Hacienda starts at an altitude of 400 meters, reaching up to 800 meters.

Nice Hotel in the Forest
This is a nice hotel with a horse ranch for horse riding trips in the Rincon de la Vieja National Park. It is also near a canopy ride. The hotel is somewhat overpriced but after all a decent deal. The area around the hotel is decent for hiking and has a hot spring nearby.

Short walk from hotel
There is a waterfall near the hotel. One can get there after a 30 minute hike. One can swim in the waterfall and jump from the rock.

wonderful adventure place
This is one of the most memorable places we stayed in Costa Rica. The $80 adventure pass is the best deal for this kind of stuff. They have the most interesting adventure program of all we had in Costa Rica. Tubing down a crazy turbulent river is nothing like you would experience anywhere else. Hotel rooms are large and comfortable. Very quiet though you can hear the sound of a geothermal electric station several miles away. The road was in a reasonable condition so SUV was not required (we had a regular car and did just fine). Totally safe parking at the hotel, the hot springs and at the National Park 5 km away. The buffet restaurant for $18 or so is worth it. Lots of Northern EU tourists when we were there in late Nov.

Arrive to the hotel at lunch-time and buy 1-day $80 adventure pass and split it between the afternoon and the morning of the next day.

Umfangreiche Möglichkeiten den
Umfangreiche Möglichkeiten den Tag zu gestalten. Zimmer großzügig mit Klimaanlage. Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Abends ist man gezwungen hier zu essen. (Buffet oder à là carte).
