There are many activities that will help you to meet the Costa Rica culture, nature and adventure and the concierge will be glad to assist you in arranging the best activities.
Hotel also offers Ballroom, Barbecue area, Billiards, Children's facilities, Library, Lobby, Plunge pool, Reception, Table tennis.
The reservations office can make reservations for activities and transfer services for an additional charge.
Additional Charges: Extra Housekeeping service between $25 - $ 45.
As we prepare to occupy the new Oceans Center with our new Central Check-In desk next month, please note our temporary check-in procedures.
From 8 AM - 5 PM: Check in at our central reservations office.
From 5 PM - 10 PM: Check in at the reception desk located at Oceans Diamante del Sol
Address: Reservations Office: 50 mts east from Municipality Building. An office with DarStar on the windows right on the corner.

The good, bad and the ugly
The Good: Great location on the beach and next to Clarita's. Roof top deck with condo added bonus that offered spectacular view. The Bad: Air conditioning in master bed didnt work properly. Condo beat up on walls. The Ugly: Front door of condo does not lock so they give you keys to each bedroom to lock. (are you serious????) Pool bar not opened? Seems to me your missing out on a fortune or someone cut a side deal with Clarita's to leave it closed.......

Do not walk back late at night from downtown clubs. Many theives along the way.

Won't be back to this Place!
Great location, that's it. No front desk, No daily room cleanings, fresh towels or linens. Beds and couches were unbelievably uncomfortable. Appliances were rusty and gross. Stay at the Los Suenos Marriott if you want a really nice place that place is well worth the small amount of extra money! It is only 15 minutes from Jaco and is beautiful...next time that is where I will be. Best of Luck!

Nice Upgrade
We did not recognize that check-in was at a different location than the hotel, but once we found the check-in office we were told that our 2 bedroom ocean view reservation was lost, they made it up by upgrading us to the 3 bedroom penthouse suite. The views and breezes were great, the rooms spacious and clean. There is no day-to-day maid service, but there is a washer/dryer in the room. The pools were well maintained, security provided a constant, yet friendly vigil. A couple resteraunts were close, but most were a hike or short drive.

Claritas ocean front bar and resteraunt is immediatley next door, provides good food, reasonable prices on drinks, periodic entertainment, and for most part friendly staff.

Bahia Encantada Honeymoon
We loved our stay at Bahia Encantada Condos in Jaco and plan on returning again. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was warm and friendly. There is also security on site and a beautiful swiming pool to enjoy. The best part was the view, as the condos sit right on the beach and our room was facing the ocean. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. We would recommend this place to future guest.
