- The Umu Hut
- Perfectly located on the western side of the resort, near our main Brasserie Restuarant & Mal's Bar. Best for a romantic dinner, wedding dinner or groups of any kind. Perfect setting for min 2 - 100pax max overlooking the Rarotonga magnificent sunset and perfect whale watching location.

Husband & I enjoyed staying here. Food selection was good, convenient and priced reasonably. Renting a car was easy as Budget on premises. Staff very friendly. Good 'middle of the road' priced accommodation and convenient location. If i visited again, would probably try another place to compare.

Listen! Go someplace else!
Room not as you expected: I booked the beachfront room BUT it not really the beachfront you expect. The pool is between you and the beachfront. If you want REAL beachfront, go for the beachfront deluxe- which i had to upgrade for additional $30 per night- much more expensive than if you book beachfront deluxe via [...]. Hidden charges: The pricing noted hotel transfer but you actually get charged NZ$17.50. I'm not the only guest who complained about this. Such a rip off! Much cheaper if you take the bus (which is only 5-10mins away from the airport) or take the cab which will probably cost less than $10!They'll charge you as much extra whenever they can. I made arrangements with my friends to take over my remaining days and the hotel charged them again for my upgrade! NOT cool! I'll update my review if the hotel credit back the add'l charge.

I was in one of the garden rooms
I was in one of the garden rooms which was fine since not going to spend much time in a room on tropical island! Bed was ok and good air-con / fan to keep cool. Location pretty good close to airport and town plus other resorts. Pricing not the cheapest for drinks we spent a lot of time at bar down the road... Food not the best so ate out mostly - higly recommend Alberto's. Still good resort for kids as plenty of activities and other kids running around. Had a bit of trouble on checking out as they didnt had confirmation I had paid xxxxxx and also I had to point out the $100 credit that came with the booking. Would likely stay somewhere a bit smaller if make it back to Raro again.

設備はあの島にしてはしっかりと整っていて満足しました。 スタッフはみなさんとても親切で、こちらの満足度はほぼ満点に近いです。あまりスタッフのサービスに満足する事はないのですが、はじめて満足しました。 ほとんどの物がこのリゾート内で揃うのですが、レストランのメニューなどがワンパターンになるので５日間の滞在中3日は外に食べに出ました。プールがもう少し大きければいいと思います。また、インターネットももう少し充実してほしいです。また、来年行くつもりですが・・・
