Property offers the complimentary amenities like All Internet usage (wireless or broadband), Local calls, Parking, TV Cable, Security box in the room, 24 hours medical attention inside the hotel, Business Centre in every other floor with computers, printers and high speed Internet, Gym, steam room, Jacuzzi, solarium and the most spectacular view of the city. Rooms of different types: Standard single, Standard double and Junior Suite offers, Air conditioning, Mini-bar, Laundry service, National and International telephone service, voice-mail and Hair Dryers. The hotel also offers children's facilities, dry cleaning, lobby, reception and smoke-free hotel.

Additional Charges: Non-Colombian residents are exempted from VAT (Value-Added Tax) payment on room prices upon check out. Perfect if they spoke English well

Location is very good, located in nice area-Poblado, but on a top of hill, so you will lose weight easily. (Big plus for me!) Staffs are very nice but their English is limited. Internet & public computer w/ printer are available for free. A/C is in each room. Taxis are abundant in front of lobby, and they are safe. Inside restaurant serves great food (at nice price if converted to US$), try their ceviche-peruano w/ clubColombia (beer). Excellent!! Overall, it's a perfect place for leisure & business traveller if you want to lose weight.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

A huge shopping mall is very close from hotel. Walk 9 minutes to there and shop & eat, then catch a taxi to come back to room. (Hotel is on a hill.)
