Cartagena trip

The room was very small and smelled like mold. There were no windows or safe in the room and there always seemed to be water on the floor. The bathroom was the best most spacious part of the room. Needless to say the TV was very old. There was about a foot of space between the two beds. No room to unpack your suitcase.

Bony's restaurant on the beach is the best place for fish.

So so.

Pros: Location in the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Contra: Can be noisy due to the location. Very simple rooms without natural light with cold lights. Wireless disconnected often despite best connection.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Don't spend your Pesos only in the tourist restaurants around the main plazas. They charge multiple for good food. I found the best food and value in a small restaurant on the 2nd floor of a boutique, about 100m east of the hotel in the same road, paid 3 US$ for a menu with drink!
